I got the opportunity to try their new ice cream product line, their mini cookie sandwich; I got the strawberry shortcake flavor. 6 come in a box and they were all gone within two days. I had to make my boyfriend take a picture of his before he finished eating his to make this review because it was the last one left and it was too good to not eat as immediately as you got your hands on it. Although it didn't look like it did on the box (it doesn't have that read streak, the ice cream is only pink), it was absolutely soft and creamy, everything you want from ice cream. Add the cookies to the mix and you could visualize the strawberry shortcake. I appreciate that it's a more complex flavor rather than just strawberry.
