I have been a fan of Branche for a couple years now, the quality of their olive oil is incomparable! As a baker, my personal favorite is the NO. 2, the rich buttery flavor is unlike anything I've worked with, it adds a remarkable depth to my pastry creations. I also use NO.1 and NO.3 oils in my everyday cooking, whether it's finishing off dishes, blending into pesto, hummus, or other sauces each one brings something special. What initially drew me to Branche was their thoughtful approach to sustainability and the philosophy behind their process. There’s a clear sense of care and intention in everything they do, while maintaining the feel of a small, passionate brand, their commitment to quality and craftsmanship is truly top-tier, a huge reason I love and support them!
