I’ve heard so many good things about their balance trainer balls and I’ve used them in physical therapy and in the gym before and really liked them. Always thought they were a little on the pricey side, so I never actually purchased one for myself. But I’m really wanting to improve my balance and core strength to help with my running and prevent injuries so I finally bit the bullet and got one it appears to be really good quality and I’m really excited to start using it.
