  • Cushioned heel tab comfort
  • Breathable performance knit
  • Inconsistent sizing fit
  • Tight calf compression
  • Occasional heel holes
  • Wash-related sock shrinkage

Bombas earns strong reviews for exceptionally comfortable, supportive socks—no-shows that stay put, cushioned athletic and running styles with arch support, and durable kids’ grippers—while its one‑for‑one donation model resonates. Reviews also flag weaknesses: frequent shrinkage, tight calves/ankles and narrow fit for wide feet, inconsistent sizing, and durability issues like holes in heels or thinner styles wearing out, alongside frequent comments that Bombas is pricey.

  • I purchased these slipper socks for my grandmother and she loved them. I believe they also had a grip on the bottom which was safer for her to walk around in her home. I also like the fact that if you purchase something from them they give back to the homeless.

  • Bought socks for myself and friends. Expensive but they last a good while, feel comfortable, and love the extra padding on the heel for the shorter socks.

  • Very expensive. Socks shrunk so much they look like baby socks. .

  • Bombas are some of the most comfortable socks I’ve ever owned. The flap on the back is so comfortable when using my running shoes like Hokas or onclouds. They’re super soft. They do not bleed in the wash and I love the mission behind the company that for every pair bought, another gets donated. I also have the tall ones and they feel great in boots.

  • I love my no-show stocks. The comfort of bombas, I have not found in another brand yet. Although, the compression socks frequently rip around the ankles, sometimes after only a couple wears. So if you're looking for high compression socks, I'd look toward another brand. Have not had this issue with the lower range compression. Husband loves his boxers as well.

  • I finally tried the Gripper slippers after having them in my cart for the past couple years. They were underwhelming at first. I couldn't get past the price tag. But after wearing them around at home, they are the perfect touch of coziness to my work from home life. I usually wear indoor slippers but as shoe dragger, I've been meaning to walk more straight and these help achieve my goals of walking more properly. I docked off a point because they could look a bit cuter and could be a bit cheaper.

  • Favorite socks of all time. I can’t get enough. Something about the honeycomb pattern just makes them look and feel so perfect.

  • These socks are not your average socks. They have arch support which helps a lot with painful feet. Bonus every sock bought and they give a pair away. Very soft and move down while wearing them.

  • Love my Bombas, I have high arches and the added support helps. They last so much longer than typical socks. I own several styles, and the quality is consistent. As a social worker, I've seen donated bombas socks, in my community. Amazing socks and company. Please do another collab with Sesame Street or Fraggle Rock.

  • I've only purchased socks from them. I've always been a "socks are socks" kinda person. I was drawn to Bombas once I heard about the way they give back to the homeless. I go through socks faster than most, due to my feet problems, so having good socks are important to me. I will be going with some of their other products soon, and will give my review on them. Also, having lived in areas of the country that get super cold and snowy, you realize the amount of homeless people that don't have something most of us don't give much thought to...socks. Most people I've run across have shoes of some sort, but don't have socks. Therefore, most have lots of problems with sores on their feet that don't get the treatment they need, a lot of the time. Unfortunately, this starts a vicious circle of problems for people that are already just try in to survive. So, thank you to Bombas. I will continue to support them!

  • Idk what it is but bombas are literally the best socks ever. The company is so sweet too - I got a hole in one of my socks shortly after buying and they replaced a pair no questions asked!

  • I love bombas’ mission, and have even worked at a homeless shelter where we received the donated socks. They are a huge hit with our clients! Personally I like the thickness/softness of the socks. But - Maybe I’m just hard on socks but my bombas never last as long as I’d like them to before getting holes in the heels.

  • I can't emphasize enough that i do love these socks. And the company. One pair donated for every pair purchased is amazing. However, as a non rich kid/working class adult, they're stuff is stupid expensive. 4 pairs of socks for $50+, slippers for $85.... I know that's not a huge deal to some, but for our household that historically beats the crap out of socks, it's hard to justify the cost. Yes the quality is superior, and they're mission is noble. But for the 1 month of extra wear time compared to its dickies or Hanes counterpart, I have to go with the $20 pack of 12

  • By far my favorite sock brand. Their socks last so much longer than any other brand. Even though they are on the expensive side, I think they are worth it considering the longevity and reliability of the company.

  • I love the social mission, fun designs, and stellar customer service experience at Bombas. While the socks don’t last as long as they should given the price point, customer service will replace them when they wear out.

  • Great socks overall. They are stylish, comfortable and appear to be good quality. I would buy these again. Warranty us great as well!

  • I love them. They’re so comfy. They really came in handy. Also, I purchased several pair for my father when he was ill.

  • I love Bombas. Have been a very loyal fan for years and recommend them to all of my friends family. The compression band in the middle of most of their socks makes them very comfortable. At first I thought they were unreasonably expensive, but these socks hold up relatively well over time – probably takes a year of 1-2x per week wear for the socks to start to lose their shape/color. The wool quarter calf socks hold up particularly well – I've had a pair for about 5 years that I still wear all the time.

  • I love these. The only thing that keeps me from 5 stars is that they start to wear down and lose shape after about a dozen washes.

  • I will only purchase Bombas socks. They are comfortable, fit well, and keep their shape. Worth the higher price as the quality is wonderful and they donate a pair of socks for every pair purchased.
