Reviews mention

  • Foot-hugging arch support
  • Reliable no-show grip
  • Cushioned heel tab comfort
  • Breathable performance knit
  • Inconsistent sizing fit
  • Tight calf compression
  • Occasional heel holes
  • Wash-related sock shrinkage

Bombas earns strong reviews for exceptionally comfortable, supportive socks—no-shows that stay put, cushioned athletic and running styles with arch support, and durable kids’ grippers—while its one‑for‑one donation model resonates. Reviews also flag weaknesses: frequent shrinkage, tight calves/ankles and narrow fit for wide feet, inconsistent sizing, and durability issues like holes in heels or thinner styles wearing out, alongside frequent comments that Bombas is pricey.

  • I have 3 pairs of the ankle socks and they’re thick but somehow breathable. I love wearing them with my tennis shoes when I know I’ll be walking around for a long period of time because they’re just so comfortable. I’ve never gotten a blister on the back of my heel when wearing new shoes so that’s a huge plus. The one thing I suggest is to buy for your whole family because they will steal them from you. My son got ahold of one of the pairs and his feet didn’t stink even though they’re black socks. Usually his feet would stink wearing black sock’s. Of course I let him keep a pair and they last a long time. I really want to try more products and the no show socks, because I haven’t found a pair of no shows that I love. I would definitely recommend these to family and friends. I herd they have a great return policy, though I personally haven’t had to use. My favorite thing is that Bombas not only makes comfortable socks they give back to the homeless and that’s something that definitely keeps me a forever customer.

Honestly even though the socks are pricey I can’t complain because each pair you buy one goes to the homeless. They have a take back program as well. Seriously check them out!

  • I La la la love my Bombas! My whole family does, actually. This is one of our favorite stocking stuffers every Christmas. Bombas are the only socks teenagers and adults will be thrilled to get. It's like putting your foot into its own private cloud. There isn't a bad thing to say about them. From the excellent, thick quality to flawless fit and the overall aesthetic of how it makes your foot look. 11/10 would always recommend.

    Don't change a thing!

  • My sister bought my family Bombas for Christmas and now all of my other socks just don’t hit the same. I didn’t get the hype until I tried them. They’re comfortable, supportive, and nicely cushioned. I bought the toddler slippers for my kid and she loves them. We’ve been converted.

I’d love more basic color options in addition to the more colorful options.

  • The most comfortable and dependable all purpose athletic sock out there. Practically indestructible and hold up very well in all sorts of situations from running to cross fit.

    Feedback

The only downside is the cost is a smidge higher than other brands.

  • Bombas are extremely comfortable and soft material, yet provides excellent compression level to see the difference in your system and reduces inflammation and puffiness. Overall experience is positive and I cannot travel without my Bombas. I take long haul flights 3-4 a year and these are a must have in your carry on bag, when working from home as well I wear them all day.

  • Very comfortable and I love the mission but my socks got pulls and holes within a few weeks. Excellent customer service though.

  • The socks do feel great with nice support but the pricing is still a bit steep in my opinion.

I do love everything the brand does from donating socks to their “take back” donation program that you’re able to send back certain clothing items to be repurposed.

  • The socks are very comfortable. They hold up all day without becoming paper thin. Knocking down 1 star because I do not enjoy having the brand name plastered on the top of the toes, it detracts from the style and overall appearance.

Place the brand name on the cuff or bottom of the sock instead. People already recognize your brand from the honeycomb pattern.

  • I only grab my Bombas out of my sock drawer they are comfy and my feet don’t sweat in them.

  • They fit my feet well! The perfect thickness and support that I needed!

  • This is one of my favs brands of all time. Love their mission!

  • I really like these socks, breathable but kept my feet warm as well. The price is more than I can afford to pay for a pair of socks but if they were $5/pair I’d replace all my socks with these.

  • At first I loved these socks. They were my go to socks as I am. On my feet all day long. Then les then a year later all the ankle socks had holes in the soles. I had also gotten the knee high socks. They left painful indents. I thought it was because I had thick calf’s. Have them to my 110 pound mom she had the same issue. I have had other socks from Nike, and adidas that have lasted longer.

If you plan on wearing these long term or on a hike rethink.

  • the most comfortable socks i've ever worn

  • Bombas are fabulous sock - thick without being too thick; comfy and absorbable and drying while wearing for hikes or runs.

Their BOGO program is admirable. They are overpriced. The colors they offer are fabulous.

  • Very comfortable socks. The line at the middle hugs the feet

    Maybe better colors

  • I love their grip socks!! I’ve bought a ton, all the types.

    Feedback

Only thing, their women’s socks run a little small/tight in some types, which I didn’t expect as their house shoe socks ran larger.

  • Comfy, last longs. Have not had long enough to know if they go the test of time but so far so good.

Needs something to really stand out from other socks.

  • Bombas are my favorite sock by far. I have no shows, ankle socks, quarter socks, biking socks, ski socks, and compression socks. I also have the gripper slippers (Writing that out seems like a lot but hey I said they were my favorite!). They all feel like your foot is getting a hug. They are on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for and my experience with customer service has been great. Plus, they donate a pair of socks for every one you buy. So you are doing some good while shopping!

Love the variety in length, material, use, and colors. The only opportunity area is that I think the regular socks are a little on the warm/thick side. I find I can't wear them with shoes or else my feet get way too hot. Otherwise I'm always happy when I pick some Bombas socks out of the drawer.
