The product leaves dishes foggy and filmy. The company keeps shipping and charging after you cancel order. They are extremely expensive.

I love the idea of this stuff. I debated between Blueland and Branch Basics so I decided to buy the trial pack of both. I wanted to like Blueland more because of the little pods and their paper packaging, but everything was just okay. The multipurpose cleaner was okay but nothing special. I found I had to use more of it than I would expect. The bathroom cleaner was slightly stronger so I found myself using that instead of the multipurpose cleaner. That ended up stopping because the bottle broke and took forever for the trigger to rebound so it doubled the cleaning time. Plus I wasn't a fan of the smell of the cleaners. The hand soap dispenser didn't seem to work well either and I had to use 3 pumps to feel like my hands were clean. Overall , I'm disappointed. It works okay, but I don't want to make cleaning any harder. I've been really happy with Branch Basics. Less plastic than normal cleaners and it actually makes cleaning easier.

I've been using the Blueland products for over six months, and probably won't continue to re-order. The spray bottles are really difficult to use--they get clogged, and have sticky handles, which defeats the whole purpose of re-usable bottles. The cleaning products themselves are just okay--the bathroom cleaner is somewhat ineffective, as are the toilet tabs. The multi-surface cleaner would work fine, except for the faulty spray bottle. I may continue to use the laundry tabs, as they seem to do the job, and only occassionally they have failed to dissolve.

I wanted to love Blue land but it underperforms. The idea of reusable containers and minimal plastic is awesome. But the spray cleaners have limited effectiveness against grease, the dishwasher tabs leave my dishes dirty, and since using the laundry tabs, all my clothes and towels smell sour.

Let me start by saying that I love the mission and the idea of a cleaner planet. I wanted to support Blueland so badly..... I am absolutely appalled by my terrible experience. I have spent over $375 on Blueland products that I will never receive because their website would not let me change my address. I emailed customer service and asked them to assist me in the update, just for them to point the finger at me and my errors and issue no refund or even ship a new package to my actual address. I notified the customer service respondent Mckenzie of my concerns and she said that she would not refund me even though I never received my items. Blueland quite literally didn't care that I needed assistance and stole my money. I had to cancel my subscription...

I have only tried the hand soap and toilet cleaners. Hand soap was too watery and the dispenser, not the glass, broke halfway through 1st refill, so had to use non brand dispenser. Not sure if the toilet cleaner is working how it supposed to, but still had to scrub like a regular cleaning. Will have to try other options for now.

I like the idea of saving the environment. I like that the product works. But I ordered a two-pack dispenser and the pumps both gave out before half the product was gone. To be cautious, I ordered one more pump. That also stopped working at the same point. At this point I am not saving the environment since I have tossed 3 plastic pumps. I give up and will move on to another company.

Smell great, but the pumps don't work. They send replacement pumps for free for 90 days (there is a reason they do that), but my first two replacement pumps quit working within a few weeks and I don't have time to keep requesting replacement pumps. I've given up on Blueland.

The spray bottle nozzles are flimsy, cleaners, laundry and dish soap are subpar, and customer service non-existent.

Terrible customer service. I purchased over $200 worth of products and they did not accommodate a discount that would probably just have been $5 less than the price I was going to pay. Average hand soap. Doesn’t lather well or smell very nice.

I love being able to stock up on cleaning products without them taking up so much space. The initial investment is a sizable chunk, but still not terrible, and truly worth it in the long run. The spray cleaners and foaming hand soap do their job well. I wasn't the biggest fan of the laundry products as the tablets never dissolved fully, but the short cycles on my washing machine could be to blame. Their customer service was really great when my plastic bottles cracked and sprayer stopped working.

My review is specific to the refillable hand soap - I bought the hand soap starter kit in March of 2020 and I’ve been loyal to it ever sense. I love the texture of the foam, the ease of refills, and the scent of the lemon option. The refills last so long, and it feels good to know that I’m no longer throwing away empty plastic hand soap bottles every month.

Love their mission, but a lot of the products don't deliver. I really like their dish soap and hand soap.

I've been using BlueLand for about 6 months now and I really like their cleaning products. I purchased the three cleaner spray bottles: multipurpose, glass+mirror, and bathroom. I use the multipurpose cleaner on everything and it works so well! Doesn't leave any sort of residue or streaking. The bathroom cleaner is equally great and has a nice smell to it. The bottles are very sturdy and excellent quality.

Great brand. Obviously a trailblazer in reducing single use plastics but also really quality products. I have and use the dishwasher tabs, hand soaps, multiuse cleaner and bathroom cleaner. They’re all great.

I really want to love this brand because I wanted to find a sustainable cleaning brand that I can rely on and stick to, but there are a few major flaws with Blueland products that I hope they will fix. First off, their spray bottles have a parting line that causes the spray bottle to break off after some time. 2 of my 3 bottles have broken at the same spot. I think to truly be a sustainable brand, the quality of the reusable products really needs to be built to last! Or else what is the point??? I like their formulas for the cleaning agents but I think it's not "powerful" enough for all your cleaning needs. I can use my Blueland cleaning stuff for an everyday wipe down but I still need to buy bleach and antiviral wipes as a supplement for harder to clean areas. I kind of end up with just more stuff at the end.

Blueland was fairly early to the sustainable cleaning product launch. I was excited to try something new that didn't require me to hand mix a lot of cleaning products (plus buying more plastic in order to achieve). I love the compostable packaging and small replenishment product formats.

LOVE this brand. the soaps smell good and i am obsessed with the dishwashing detergent pods (and their lack of microplastics). only thing i'd not rec is the dish soap -- it's just a powder and i feel like it's not very effective. everything else, however, is great. make sure to buy their soap dispenser, or one that's capable of pumping foaming soap, since their product is a foam and not a gel!
