The hand soap is especially fantastic but I’ve been pleased with all products I’ve tried from this brand. I’ve tried the cleaning sprays and laundry tabs in addition to the hand soap tablets.

I love their mission and I love some of their products. Plastic is a huge epidemic around the globe and more companies and consumers need to try harder to use/produce less. But, some BL products are just not worth it and need an overhaul. Agree with another reviewer that their pumps are useless, they need to be replaced and then old ones tossed? How are we reducing waste? No need for replacements when BBW pumps work forever. I wish they’d do better. I do use and like their laundry, dish and cleaning supplies. Their cleaning bottles are not good though, so I got glass bottles to use instead since they just won’t do anything but acrylic, again, why? Last but not least their subscription service is a joke. They don’t ship on the date your subscription is set up, it still takes 4+ days to ship then another 5 to get to you, which I don’t understand. (I get they have no control over shipping but they have total control over when to ship, which is the purpose of a subscription)

I began purchasing Blueland products to reduce plastic waste. I now use their powder dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, oxi laundry booster, toilet bowl cleaner, all of their surface cleaning sprays, their hand soap, body wash and facial cleanser. I also use their dryer balls, sponges and cloud cloths. So basically every product they sell! I am a bit OCD about having a clean house, so would not use any of these items if I did not feel that they were effective. I love that they are plastic free and contain clean ingredients. I recommend them to all of my family and friends and have purchased starter kits for my kids when they moved into their own places so they could be plastic free as well. It makes me sad to think of how many years I used numerous plastic bottles of cleaning products. I also love that I can now buy refills at my local Meijer grocery store!

My first hand soap dispensers are 3 1/2 years old and still going strong. I have 4 total. Love them and haven’t had to replace a pump yet. The multi surface cleaner is pretty good but it’s not the first thing I reach for to clean with. Recently added the laundry detergent, oxi boost unscented, dishwasher tabs and facial cleaner to our household. We wash lots of laundry with our cats and the detergent and oxi boost handles cat urine smells just as well as the plastic tide free w/ oxi pods we were using. We used two tide pods per load and use two blue land tablets and two lids of the oxi boost. The detergent has dissolved and cleaned regular clothes great as well. We are big fans of fragrance free and am very happy to have that option. The dishwasher tabs are working great as well. I LOVE that they don’t smell! Even the Cascade Free smells overpowering. We are very happy with how it cleans even large loads in the dishwasher. The facial cleanser was a “hope this works” purchase. I gave sensitive skin and can’t use a lot of “normal skin formula” products or products that have a fragrance. The cleanser was a lovely surprise! It mixed well and cleans effectively without irritating my skin. It comes out as a gel and foams a bit once you’ve started applying and rubbing into your skin. I’ve been overall very happy with my purchases from Blueland and would highly recommend them.

I had 2 horrible experiences with the customer service email contact. Rude at least. Products are over priced, bottles come with a spray valve problem so the product doesn’t get out in a good quantity without leaking. They change the smell of the glass mirror spray and before was better. Bathroom products are not strong enough to kill bacterias. To confirm the order as ready to ship took days and Shipping was more than a week, horrible horrible. Cannot count on this type of service, they have a lot to improve.

I just purchased the body wash and I love it. Will definitely reorder. I'm using Blueland toilet bowl cleaner, all purpose spray cleaner, dishwasher soap and washing machine tablets. Live them all!

I love using Blueland! I have the sprays, toilet bowl tabs, body wash, and hand soap. One huge feedback opportunity is the hand soap pumps. I had the original pumps, then members got sent replacement ones at some point. And now those replacements do not work. It makes me feel conflicted, in that I'm having to repurchase a plastic item, which to me seems like it defeats the purpose of the System. A more minor thought, is the body wash scents are very powerful, and I am hoping Blueland comes out with an unscented option!

I bought the concept early but am not satisfied with the containers. My bathroom liquid cleaner container leaks now.

I’ve been using Blueland for cleaning supplies, hand soap, body wash, and dish soap/dishwasher pods for almost 2 years now. It’s so nice to only have one container for each of these things and to have the container look good. We leave the bottles out where they can be seen! The products all work great - our only complaint is that there aren’t more categories (shampoo and conditioner would be amazing!)

I have used several of the Blueland products for about 6 months and this is what I have found. In general I love the mission, the packaging and for the most part the overall performance of the products. The laundry detergent is what brought me to Blueland. I think it performs wonderful and I love that there is no plastic. I do think there is an opportunity to change this product to just a powder that has a reusable silicone scoop. The cost per tablet is also somewhat high and may not be feasible for some people. The hand soap is great. The majority of the scents are pleasant and I don't find it strips the oil from my skin or leaves them smelling perfumy. The body wash is shockingly good. I was leary about trying it, but I 100% recommend giving it a try even for people with sensitive skin. The scrub sponge was so-so. I find that all the natural scrub sponges just aren't at the level of their plastic counterparts yet. But I think they will get there. The non scrubbing sponge was quite nice for clean up etc. and I would it recommend if you want something good for the environment to use on simple counter, stove, and table wipe downs. Lastly, the dish soap. I don't have a dishwasher so all my dishes are done by hand. This is were I see the biggest opportunity for Blueland to make a change. The powder is not practical, in use or price. What I would recommend is modeling this after the body wash so the customer can make a liquid soap at home. There also needs to be enough soap to last at least 3-5 weeks worth of dishes like the competition and still be effective at cutting grease in a liquid formula. It also is very drying on the hands which is obviously solvable with gloves. Overall I think that Blueland is helping lead the way to change our plastic habits which I am very appreciative of. I look forward to continuing to support them in their journey to bring products to the market.

I mostly like the product itself. Main issue is with the pumps and lids — the spray bottle pump, hand soap pump, and lid on the face wash bottle have all broken for me. Not very “forever”! I’m also not a huge fan of the dishwashing powder, it leaves streaks and doesn’t seem super effective. I also wish the body wash was a bit more fragrant. Finally - I’ve had a bit of a hard time figuring out how to navigate the subscriptions.

I love the forever tins for the dishwasher tabs and toilet fizzies. I likee the dishwasher tabs, but after a couple of years I think the glasses are looking a bit cloudy, so I think I may have to be unfaithful for a bit. The toilet fizzies are great and make the whole bathroom smell nice! I have recently ordered the facial cleanser, my first experiment with the concentrate powders, and I can't say I love it--it doesn't lather as much as I like, and the smell isn't my favorite. The bottle is attractive and doesn't have a spray mechanism, so I imagine it will last forever. Perhaps I will learn to love the product!

I seriously love blueland, thr products work and are so great for the person and the planet. But seriously though those are me being overly nit picky. They have a great product .

I’ve been a customer for 3+ years and have had an exceptionally great experience all around—from the effective and conscientious products to the customer service (which I’ve needed only once and was prompt and pleasant)! The containers have held up (my pumps have too, which I appreciate isn’t a universal experience but mine have been great—with three kids in the house!). The products work well and the only time I had to contact customer service they’d actually already sent me an email about the mix up! The founder’s mission is spot on and the execution to be a more sustainable company and put out products aligned with that has me moving from other companies that aren’t executing as well and buying everything I can from Blueland! Thrilled with my experience and hope others are as well and even more consider this lower footprint approach.

I have been using blueland for a while and will continue to order my favorites as long as they have them but there have been some misses as well. I LOVE the hand soaps. I am always excited to try the new seasonal sets. I find that the original scents are a little drying so I like to put two tablets instead of one. I also ended up buying my own glass pumps because the ones from blue land broke pretty quickly. The spray bottles also broke pretty quickly (the pump stopped working and all three of them eventually broke along the top seam). Also I had hoped these would be glass bottles so I was a little disappointed they were not so I just bought my own reusable glass spray bottles. I use the glass cleaner in my reusable containers still, but I wasn’t a huge fan of the multipurpose cleaner spray. I also love the dishwasher tabs. They work well with my dishwasher and my dishes always come out clean and without water spots or film. 10/10 on those.

Earth friendly with waste reducing packaging, love the cleaning spray and foaming hand soap, scents are very mild, great to just keep the tablets on hand and throw in when I run out of spray/soap! My hand soap pump broke after 1 year use but they replaced it!

Love this brand so much. I also didn’t find the old hand soap pumps to be working well so i ordered the new and improved one. It worked well initially now it’s back to how the old pump worked. Hard to push down (especially with one hand) and doesn’t pop back up on its own. I don’t think i am especially hard on hand soap pumps but it’s just not “easy” to push. I will return to my old bath and body works dispensers with the Blueland tabs.

I love this company and these cleaning products. I love the awesome packaging for the cleaning products and how refills have very minimal packaging. But most importantly I love the way the products work and smell. They have a very light and pleas t scent. Nothing overwhelming or fake or chemically. And they work great! I love the bathroom cleaner, glass cleaner, and all purpose cleaner. And love the foaming hand soap. I really love these products.

I really, really wanted to love Blueland. Here’s why I gave them 3 stars: The pump on the hand soap doesn’t work I have to use 2 laundry tabs for each load of wash and many times stains don’t come out so I end up treating the garment stains with Dawn dishwashing detergent and throw the garment back in the washer for a 2nd washing The glass cleaner doesn’t work- leaves so many streaks it’s just frustrating to use so I threw it away. The spray bottle for my general cleaning solution broke when I bumped it and it fell to the floor There you have it. I do love the dishwasher detergent table and the powdered dish soap.

I think I have used every product Blueland makes, and while I like some more than others, overall I love the company and what they stand for. The hand soap and body wash are favorites. Dishwasher tabs work well. I wish the laundry detergent had a fragrance, but that's not a dealbreaker- the oxi-boost makes laundry smell good. Toilet cleaner smells good and works well. Unlike many reviews, I have not had any problems with any of my sprayers or pumps. I love the storage tins, and I'm a sucker for all the seasonal/limited hand soaps- they all smell great!
