Blue Zones Kitchen frozen Heirloom Rice Bowl is my go-to lunch when I want something quick and warm for lunch that’s not soup. Ingredients are pretty healthy and they taste good. I think they are a little on the upper price range, so I think of them instead of having a meal salad to justify the cost a little. I will be on the lookout for deals!

A really solid range of very healthy meals you can find in the freezer section. I tend to buy these for work lunches as they are not super expensive and have good quality healthy ingredients. I do wish they would incorporate more protein, as they do not tend to really fill me up.

I've only had the burrito bowl but it was tasty. It was the perfect level of spiciness for me and had a lot of flavors. Honestly, a little expensive for what it is but I can appreciate a quick and healthy meal. If I'm travelling or in the office, I would probably pick one of these up again for lunch. I say lunch because it is small and definitely not enough for dinner.

I have tried a couple of their savory bowls and they are quite tasty, especially the sesame ginger bowl, which has a good flavor. However the portions are very small and overpriced for the amount of food - they are not very filling either.

The pre-made Sesame Ginger bowls that I bought at Costco were delicious, but I wish the portion sizes were a little larger, especially at that price. Nice to have on hand for desperation, but too expensive for regular use. Brand's mission is great, though, I love the Blue Zones concept.
