Tbh, this is much better than thick protein shakes. The raspberry lemon flavor is actually refreshing. It does foam up a lot when you shake it, so you have to let it sit for a minute to settle, but it mixes really well. My only annoyance is the bag opening... it’s so narrow that the scoop makes a mess almost every time!
