Supplements

Bloom Nutrition earns mixed-to-positive reviews: its Greens & Superfoods powder works for some—reporting reduced bloating, smoother digestion, and enjoyable flavors like Kiwi Strawberry, Berry, and Citrus—while others find it too sweet, earthy, or ineffective with odd texture and aftertaste. Energy and Pop drinks win praise for bright, nostalgic flavors (Peach Mango, Shirley Temple, Crisp Apple), though sucralose, high caffeine, and occasional sourness deter some, and protein bars and certain probiotic drinks underwhelm.
