I have always been a loyal customer but after my last purchase, the soles tore apart from the footbed and I asked for an exchange. They told me they only have a 30 day return policy even though I shared pics of the damaged shoe. I am very displeased with their current standards. I will never purchase from them again.

They really do form to your foot. These are my most comfortable “go to” sandal and all around shoe. I will never be without! Definitely a good value, when you consider the quality, durability, and comfort!

Birkenstock makes classic shoes that will never completely go out of style. They are a closet staple for many, including me. They are not my go-to shoe, but they are nice to have on hand. They do mold to the foot and end up very comfortable after breaking them in.

I bought their basic Birkenstock sandals. They’re really comfortable to wear, but both me and my friends that have the same model of Birkenstocks get something that feels like an inflammation in our tendon if we wear them for a long time. Like it irritates our feet, I don’t know if it’s generally like this for all sandals, but it happens whenever I wear my Birkenstocks at least.

I love my Birks. I used to get terrible foot pain from wearing other sandals, but after trying Birkenstocks per my doctor's recommendation, all of the pain went away. They're maybe the only stylish sandals in existence?

Have the classic Birkenstocks. Took a long time to break in - perhaps 30 miles. Once broken in, they are super comfortable and durable.

I've had birkenstocks on and off my whole life, I particularly love the 3 strap sandals. Love how they mold to your feet over time. The only thing I don't like is how as they age, they get really tough and I sometimes got blisters, still love them!

Even my baby wears birkenstocks now. I got my first pair about 5 years ago. My wife and I now both have 2 pairs in rotation at all times. My two year old got her first pair at 6 months. The only negative is she can't wear them to preschool so it's an every day battle to get her to wear different shoes.

Best. Sandals. Ever. I own 4 pairs of Arizonas (brown leather, gold metallic, blue plastic and gold plastic) and they are all I want to wear in the summer!

Have numerous pairs of Birkenstocks and love to wear them. They are a great shoe to throw on when you have to run an errand, are great for summertime activities, and are a versatile shoe that can be dressed up or down. I have been wearing Birkenstocks my whole life and can say that the shoe last a long time with the best part being it gets more comfortable with time. I feel like I can wear my Birkenstocks for any length of time or distance without my feet hurting and getting blisters.

The pair of classic birks I used to wear were my most comfortable shoes and my go-to constantly. I think I may have had a size slightly too small for me, because the sole started to crumble eventually. Hoping that I won’t encounter this again when I buy a new pair soon, but they were such amazing sandals I’m willing to take the chance again

I got gifted 2 pairs of Birks when i was a freshman in college, now i’m fifth year senior & still wear them to this day! They’re still in great condition & i love them!

I live in these sandals. They’re my go to anytime I know I need to be comfortable and look good!

Great casual sandals, well made, comfortable; narrow feet may find difficult to size; wedges made with stiff leather can be uncomfortable and cause blisters, however the soft leather is good with no issues.

I bought the Super Birkis with Shearling, in the light blue shade. They’re incredibly comfortable, and they don’t slip, unlike some clog-like shoes that I’ve tried. I’ve been trying to correct my arches and foot health overall and these have been great so far. Only thing I would say could be improved is that they do scuff really easily, especially at the front ~ I’ve found that this does clean up though, with a good scrub and some baby wipes.

I’ve bought Birkenstocks for years, however since transitioning to a more sustainable lifestyle and wanting a non-leather version… I genuinely feel that their range is somewhat lacking. I enjoy my non-leather birks but I want to be able to wear a mushroom leather version for example. I think they could improve on their non-leather but looks like leather range rather than the plasticky birks!

I love my Birkenstocks! Super stylish and durable. A great everyday sandal that goes with everything.
