I'm so happy with my two Bird Buddy's, Since day one I put them in our Garden I'm receiving postcards. Sometimes the bird pictures make me lough, give me a good start in my day or get me excited if it's a new bird. Love it.

Please read, incredibly shady company My pre-order unit arrived bricked. Their customer service team is email only, and can take weeks to respond. They also just disconnect you and make you start a new ticket if you don’t immediately respond when they decide to (after weeks of waiting for them) or if they don’t have a solution. After ignoring me for months, they told me i could not get a refund because i was past the 30 day return window (which happened because they refused to respond). After reporting them to several consumer agencies they finally agreed to replace my non-functional unit, and sent a unit that does turn on but won’t connect. Do not buy. These people are incredibly shady. Pick a company that actually has support and a working product.

I will start by saying I love my bird buddy!!!! Ok so I fully understand that some people thought the production and delivery delays were excessive. There are some people who hate the current postcard delivery. BUT everyone needs to remember this was a concept a few years ago, not an off the shelf product. No one can fault the development team and with each upgrade we see improvements. The solar roof is fantastic, I have not charged mine in over a month and it’s still on 88%. I am so committed to this product I have just bought a second.

Not only is the tech amazing, but so is the customer service. I love this bird feeder and so do my feathered friends!

This is my favorite Kickstarter item ever! They had some growing pains at the start, but never anything bad enough to change my mind about how awesome this thing is. And with the new firmware and the solar roof I don't even remember the last time I had to charge the battery!

I love my Bird Buddy. This is an excellent project to extend the enjoyment of my bird feeder into my work day. I always enjoy seeing the 'postcards' that arrive when birds visit my yard. The software is continually improving. I have the solar roof option and it is proving to be highly efficient. The produce is really a delight

I love my Bird Buddy. It is such a great way to observe and see up close all the feathered friends that show up to our feeder. It takes fantastic videos and photos to keep and share. The customer service is excellent as well. If you have any issues you can expect quick and fast responses. Lastly, they are constantly tweaking, updating and make this product even better based on customer feedback. Looking forward to more products and building our Nature Station with Bird Buddy!

I am in love with my BirdBuddy since I got it! It took the birds in my garden a few days to find it, but once they got used to it I'm getting a lot of activity, and I couldn't enjoy it more! The cute bird postcards brighten up my days, and with longer days and the solar roof attachment I barely need to recharge the battery, which is also great!

Incredibly fun product that is full of useful birding knowledge. We love sharing the photos from our Bird Buddy with friends and family - it's always a hoot!

The bird feeder is really a good thing! After initial hesitation on the part of the birds, I now have many visitors per day - it's always nice and fun to see the pictures and videos and know that you are doing something good for the birds. I'm excited to see the new products, which will further expand the scope and be a great addition for the summer.

My Bird Buddy is one of my favorite gifts EVER! It is thrilling to see the excellent photos and videos of the birds - I've learned so much about seeing their features, colors and patterns so close from the front and back. I've been able to identify specific birds who have distinct features and return to the feeder. Sharing photos and videos with friends - especially elderly shut-ins - has been a thrill for all of us. I have had to contact technical support and received quicker-than-expected responses. A request for a replacement part that snapped unexpectedly was also fulfilled quickly. Sure there are challenges with a start-up and improvements are always welcome but I believe the Bird Buddy listens to feedback from users and makes adaptations and improvements as quickly as possible.

The BirdBuddy is an easy to use bird cam-feeder that is fun to use. After several firmware updates the battery life and camera performance improved immensely. The optional solar roof is a plus.

I have had my BirdBuddy for a few months and I love it. I was able to easily connect to Bluetooth and my wifi with no issues. The postcards are interactive and the images are organized by bird. The picture quality is excellent and the images are very clear. There are details about each of the birds to learn about them which is a wonderful teaching tool for my kids. There is a screw and magnet that holds the camera in place so bird activity does not move it. It comes apart easily to clean and sanitize. The company is actively working on ways to improve the user experience and usability of the product, specifically battery life. The AI in identifying some of the birds is occasionally wrong but generally it's pretty good. I haven't had any issues which required contacting customer support. I think with any new product there are some bugs that need worked out and the BirdBuddy was not immune to that but my experience has been positive. Overall, I would recommend this product.

I love my bird buddy! Yes, there have been some glitches, but the team has been quick to respond, in my experience. I love that the design team is constantly making improvements!

The Bird Buddy camera feeder has been a source of joy for me in the past six months I have been using it. I am more aware of nature around me and more educated about and involved with birding. Previously I was interested in birding but I have poor eyesight and couldn't really see and identify birds. Now I am so familiar with common birds in my area and the camera captures wonderful detail in both still photos and videos. There were a steady stream of software improvements after the product first came online. I never had any issues at all, and the product has just continued to improve. The User Group is very active in providing feedback and the BB team is very responsive to feedback.

If you love birds, this is for you! Fabulous close ups of friends at the feeder and help with ID. It’s fun to see them up close and personal. Plus there’s a huge community to connect with if you want and see birds from all over the world.

Really love the bird feeder. It gives my husband and I something to do in common. I've had no issues the whole time I had it and it's brought so much joy.
