Bath & Broken Works. The wallflowers are clearly the best home fragrance plug in that I have tried. Safer than candles, etc. They are pricey so I stock up when they are on sale. I recently bought $110 of Wsllflowers products for them to arrive without any padding in the box. The glass refills were just rolling around loose. Some were in small plastic bags and others were not. Several had no tags allowing me to identify the scent, but worst of all- at least one was broken into multiple pieces posing a serious risk of a severe cut to anyone opening the box. Fortunately, I was careful because the box looked odd, like it may have been wet; then when I opened it, I noticed there was no packing bubbles or padding. At all. Needless to say, there was broken glass in the box. The photo below shows all the wrapping and the broken plug after I removed the rest of the product. You can see that 17 plugs would have just been rolling around in a box this size. I paid $100 for a product that could have cost me hundreds more in an ER visit due to irresponsible packaging. My advice: Buy in store or buy no more.

I bought 2 bottles dark kiss body cream from online in Singapore, said good fragrance but but strong , just a little bit , the point is the cream when dig became fragments , also the cream yellow color will stain on the bed sheet , very terrible the product, and not worth it to such a value

Buyer beware Bath & body Works are running an online scam. You order items they canceled it, but they charge your card are form of payment and never returned the money. It’s a baith switch. I will never ever buy anything from Bath and body and I try to let the Public know please beware they have people that barely speak English. I don’t know if they’re out of the country or what but this is the most difficult sale I’ve ever made in my life Bath & body Works is trash. And their customer service incompetent.

Bath and Body Works is kind of meh for me, honestly. I think their products are pretty basic, the packaging is okay, and the prices are alright. I don't have a standout product from them since I think their formulas are pretty much the same thing, just changing fragrances but I think they male an easy gift if you want an effortless gift for a coworker or your kid's teachers. I will say that their body sprays are veryyyy strong at first but then dry down to almost nothing.

It's probably because of this product that I have always found the scent of Eucalyptus to be relaxing. I have been using the lotion for years. It only comes in a fancy glass pump these days, but I will buy it because I love the stuff and use it every night before bed.

The Snowy Peach Berry Fine Mist smells amazing. I got it as a gift from a friend who loves exploring different fragrances. I spray it on my clothes and the smell lingers for a long time. I like the design of the bottle and it's easy to control how much product you spray.

We. have had multiple refills already of this vanilla coconut hand cream by bath and body works! The smell of it is amazing and the way it gets foam one bottle actually last forever, I know it may seem on a pricier side, but it will last u for a while

I love Bath & Body Works for their candles and sanitizers, their collection is always on trend with the seasons and I look forward to them every year. My biggest issue is orders not being shipped well. Items arriving spilled or thrown around in the box. For in store purchases I have no complaints!

I am not one for scented soaps and lotions so Bath & Body Works products really are not something that draw my attention. However I do think they offer a lot of fun scented products and and they make a decent generic gifts for those times when you are stumped on what to get.

I enjoy Bath and Body Works brand overall. They’re always good quality and smell amazing. My favorite product is their 3 wick candle. They smell good, burn evenly, come in seasonal scents, and overall they look good. I like to buy them when there is a good sale.

Bath and body works is a great company. They have a large variety of products from lotions to perfume to air fresheners. The scents are always amazing and make the stores fun to go into. The quality of the products is also good

It’s hit or miss depending on the scent, but I always find something that feels indulgent and nostalgic. I avoid the overly sweet fragrances and gravitate toward their more complex seasonal offerings or anything with coconut, vanilla, or sandalwood. Their body creams are rich and the candles—though strong—create a cozy mood instantly. A good value during sales, but I do wish they leaned more natural with their ingredients. Great for gifts and a touch of fun.

I used to recommend Bath and Body Works to people but I no longer due - to fertility issues and hormone disruption that I believe some of their products have caused me. The scent of this spray is really strong. I wouldn't recommend spraying it near anyone who is sensitive to fragrance because this spray (along with any other product of their's) is really strong if you apply more than a tad or small amount of it.

The bath and body works candles are some of my favorites. I love all of the different scents, especially the holiday collections. I also really like their body sprays. I wish they lasted longer though.

Bath & Body Works offers a wide variety of scents that are perfect for every mood. Their body lotions are rich and moisturizing, leaving my skin soft all day. The only downside is that some scents can be a bit too strong for my liking, but overall, it’s a great brand for indulgent self-care.

Always an iffy one for me. While I have some scents of theirs that I love, most of the time I spend in the store involves me actively trying to avoid a headache from all the crazy combinations of smells. For me, their best products are their simple ones — natural, light scents, with only one to two notes.

I get why Bath & Body Works gets so much hate but HEY some people like heavy scents (that's me). I love it when the apartment has a nice smell + I love the seasonal BBW candles. I agree that the ingredients could've been better but honestly, it's so hard to find a "clean" long-lasting heavy-scented candle nowadays.

This lotion smells rich and deep—like a warm, mysterious hug. The shea butter and coconut oil make my skin feel so soft and moisturized all day. It’s become part of my night routine, and I honestly can’t get enough. 💜🌙

Love at first pump. The scent is spa-like and refreshing, and the packaging adds a gorgeous touch to my sink setup. It lathers beautifully without drying out my hands—a daily little luxury that actually performs.
