Great but definitely break. Love the lifetime warranty though!

I do love this and reach for it all the time, it's hardy enough to be dragged around on NYC sidewalks and the packing support is really useful.

Great quality. The wheels and handle are smooth… fits a ton you can definitely stuff them!! I got the smaller carry on and I’d definitely recommend the larger carry on but regardless the quality is fabulous.

I love the sleek look and beautiful products for elevating your travel however, if you are a heavy packer, there is not much interior space compared to other luggage brands. This is perfect for a light packer or someone that takes shorter trips.

First and foremost, the design is not only visually appealing but also functional. The sleek and modern exterior caught my eye, and the available colour options allowed me to choose a style that suits my taste. It's a definite head-turner at the airport!

I purchased a carryon hardside in the color Coast. This carryon has the removable battery charger. I purchased it for pick up instore and when I got it home it was missing the battery charger. I called the store and they immediately overjoyed me a new charger. I thought the customer service was incredible. This carry one is gorgeous- I love it. It rolls beautifully. I can fit so much in it and it looks incredibly high end. My 14 and 15 year old constantly try to steal it and they are each getting their own for future travels. I’m also toying with the idea of buying a checkin sized as we often to check in 1 bag. I love AWAY, think it was worth the price and would recommend to anyone.

Only thing I absolutely need when I travel. Roomy, wheels smoothly, and beautiful design. Looks good and goes the distance. The ultimate travel staple.

I have an Away suitcase shell crack while I was flying and I was so sad about it. I didn't have the receipt because it was a gift from an ex. But when I contacted Away, they still sent me a replacement case, and set up a new account for me so if it ever happened again I could replace the case AGAIN! Talk about a good guarantee.

I love my Away bag so much. It fits SO much and just feels so slick to travel with. The eraser clears scratches perfectly, too!

Have had my current Away bag for 6+ years. Its traveled the world and is just starting to look a bit run down. Always reliable.

Excellent luggage. We have had one for over a 5 years and have had no issues with it. Rolls well. Battery pack is a nice feature.

Good luggage, design is a little bland and unappealing but that is a personal taste. The pricing is moderate, and acceptable, but honestly overpriced for what you get. I prefer the MUJI luggage more.

Purchased 3 sizes. I used one and it got damaged on the first trip with dents. Not as durable for the price. Ended up returning the 2 unused ones.

Away makes beautiful suitcases, but I’m not sure they are quite worth the hype. They scuff very easily, and I struggle to see what makes them different from any other hard-shelled suitcase. I will say, however, there are a few times when I overpacked my suitcase and was worried I would break the zipper on the mesh panel trying to get it closed and the zipper has survived every time!

Love my carry-on suitcase. Both the look and functionality work very well. I have used this on several trips over the last two years and it's still holding up well! I like the way are compartments are done and the straps to secure my items. The only downside I've noticed is that it doesn't roll quite as smoothly as I'd like it to compared to other more high end brands.

The only luggage we will ever buy! My husband and I travel quite a bit and now that we have a kiddo in the mix he means all the more luggage. The quality and customer support is unmatched!
