My Everywhere Bag in Black Leather did a great job until its 10th months, unfortunately the zipper quit by my very hard use as a flight attendant. Away's customer service is amazing & even tho they discontinued the same Leather ones, they sent me a brand new nylon everywhere bag.

I have used my Away luggage for 5+ years for both domestic and international travel and can’t recommend it enough! The carry on bag fits on all domestic and international plans and surprisingly is able to fit a lot. Customer support is also fantastic should you have any issues with your order!

I like the look and functionality of the luggage especially the large carry on. However with the large check in bag the shell is quite heavy and yet does not retain structure. I find after several longer trips using it the shell has caved some on the sides. It does hold a lot but the shell weight contributes a lot to the checked bag.

Very functional and stylish. Durability may be in question due to how easy the material scuffs and scratches.

I absolutely love my away bigger carry on suitcase, I’ve used it for years on many many trips and it’s been battered about and has held up incredibly well. The team even sent me a replacement battery when mine died under warranty, same day with a courier to my house. Love this brand!

Favorite forever carry-on due to its durability. Highly recommend the Larger Carry-On - easily fits in 99% of all overhead bins.

Dents easily but otherwise love the compartmentalization

Good aesthetics but some of the threads along the zippers came undone only after a few uses. The zipper still works but it looks a little ratty with the loose threads.

Took the smaller suitcase on a 15 day trip to Europe and fit everything easily. Made multiple stops and it was super easy to unpack and repack every time. It’s been several years since I bought this suitcase and it’s held up perfectly. Highly recommend

Have had my away bigger carry on for years! Obsessed with the hard shell exterior that is easy to clean. The packing compartments are easy to pack in. The wheels work great in all 4 directions!

I received the away hard shell carry-on as a gift a few years back, and it’s changed the traveling game for me! I love the compartments, stability, and how easily and well it rolls. It’s held up great thus far, and I have no complaints!

Really like my Away. Bought a second after my daughter took mine. They hold a lot, and zip up nicely. I lost the battery. I don’t think that is a necessity anymore. I wish there was an outside pocket instead of the battery pack.

I’ve been using Away suitcases for a decade and although I’ve heard they have an amazing lifetime warranty, I haven’t had to replace or fix anything on my suitcases because they’re that good

I have had mine for 6 years now! One zipper broke, but i use this thing EVERYWHERE I go. I have the biggest one you an take as a carry on. It is perfect and I stuff way too much in it! Love the big charger it comes with too. Wheels allwork great still. Handle is also good!!

I came across Away through an Instagram Ad and my husband and I ended up buying 5 pieces of luggage. Love the material and durability that you expect from luggage products, but Away doesn't compromise on the style. I had to return the carry-on due to its weight being 80% – 85% of most cabin bag allowance leaving barely any room to add more weight, specially with a laptop. That aside, very impressed with their medium and large bags. I also love that they come with little sponges to scrub off any marks on the corners from wear & tear to keep the nice colors fresh for long.

The suitcase itself is beautifully crafted. It's clearly good quality, and the added foldable laundry bag is a great touch. It is so easy to travel with. I do wish it had the capability to expand in case I wanted to pack another outfit or pair of shoes for a long weekend. Still, we use this suitcase every time we travel.

I’ve always enjoyed traveling with my Away luggage. I do wish it had a built in scale like beis but otherwise has been great!
