Pros: smart looking, nice color, holds up well Cons: Surprisingly small, bare bones interior. I wouldn’t buy again because I don’t like having to open like a book to get anything inside.

A few years ago, right before the pandemic, I went to their store beyond excited and ready to purchase two bags for an upcoming trip. It was near impossible that I wasn’t going to leave without a bag. I was so ready to buy, they were almost stealing. Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. You would have thought I was trying to join a club I wasn’t invited too it was so terrible. I actually left without buying anything and never will.

I have the large carry-on, medium, and large. If you are an overpacker, this is not for you. I bought my large carry-on back in 2015 and do wish there was an outer pocket for my laptop and they now have versions of this! If this is your first hard shell luggage, know that you can’t stuff as much in this. What I like most is the lifetime warranty on these. Would recommend!

I recently purchased Away luggage and have been impressed by its sleek design, durable construction, and convenient features. However, I found the interior organization options to be somewhat limited, and additional compartments or dividers would enhance the overall packing experience. Overall, Away luggage offers a stylish and functional travel companion with just a few minor areas for improvement.

First used this when I borrowed a suitcase from a friend... I tried to not give it back lol. It looks pretty similar to other suitcases but the way its designed just makes sense. Once you use it you'll be sold

Affordable high quality suitcase. I appreciate how light they are and how much room they have inside. Can easily travel with just a carry on size for over a week. Had mine for over 3 years and no complaints at all.

We recently bought an Away luggage and it was our first ever shell suitcase. We love the simplicity and durability of the design but the one thing that gets a bit frustrating, is to get anything out of the luggage, you need to find a flat surface to lay it on. There are no external pockets and the luggage doesn't stand up if you try to grab something or from the top. Other than that small company, it's a great luggage!

This is a hardy suitcase!

My absolute favorite suitcase of all time. I have the medium and the carry on and they extremely durable for the 30+ trips I've taken them on. Every little scuff on them are easily wiped off with the sponge that's given with the suitcase and very easy to zip even when it's overstuffed.

Although it is on the pricer side, I love away products! I have the bigger carry-on and it is great! It fits so much while still falling under airline guidelines. It can also lock which is an amazing aspect that eases my worries.

I have the carry on and I love it! I travel a few times a year for work and this is perfect! It’s the perfect size for my 3/4 days worth of clothes, straightener and shoes. Lightweight and easy to put in the overhead. Which is important because I’m 5 foot nothing and my husband doesn’t always travel with me lol. It comes with an eraser which you don’t really need because it cleans easily with a damp rag or paper towel. Very sturdy and easy to use whether you want to roll it on four wheels or pull it on two.

Genuinely the best suitcases ever. I have had one break, because Delta was not careful, and it was so easy to get a replacement. The suitcases fit so much and they just so well designed.

Love the away carry on. Super light but carries a good amount super securely. The wheels are so smooth. Love the inside panel with the pockets, perfect for socks or toiletries. Well thought out design!

I used to travel for work every week, and my Away carryon has yet to fail me. The organization is just the right amount to keep things organized without a bunch of unnecessary pockets and zippers, and the ability to strap down the main compartment helps make sure I use all of the available space. I've had mine for almost five years now and it's still in amazing shape. Since a lot of people have this bag, I tied a ribbon to mine to make sure no one else accidentally grabs it. My biggest issue I've had with it is that I once lost the laundry bag that comes with it - I stopped in the store to see if I could purchase an extra one and they just replaced it for me for free.

I have the Bigger Carry On and love it. I was always skeptical of hard case luggage but love it now because it protects my belongings from the elements and from being thrown around in transit. The inner storage compartments are very useful and I love the built in laundry bag. I convinced my husband to buy one because I raved about it so much. I’ve been able to pack for multiple two week trips using this bag and a backpack. It’s the perfect travel bag!

The most durable suitcase I’ve ever owned!

The only luggage that matters. I have all 3 sizes! They all fit within each other for storage, you think they dont, but they do! They fit way more then you expect and the rolling never fails me. What more can you want from a piece of luggage? :-)
