I have had my away bigger carry-on for over 5 years and it still works wonderfully. I have taken it to at least 10 countries and countless trips and it has held up very well. The wheel's definitely don't work as good as they used to but they still get the job done and I am able to pack two weeks worth of clothing in the carry-on with no issues at all. I highly recommend, especially for the price point. I do want to add that mine has scuffed but that would happen to any luggage being checked-in so I can't say it's the brands fault at all.

I purchased an away suitcase a few years ago and have absolutely loved it. I have the hard shell carry on with battery and it has held up extremely well. It is durable, holds everything I have needed for up to a 2 week trip and easy to clean. My only issues have come up on year 3 of owning it when the battery compartment stopped functioning properly and one of the zipper pulls broke.

I have had 3 of their suitcases over 3 years they have had a lot of use and are still amazing.

Absolutely love my Away suitcase. As such our family collection of suitcases and accessories keeps growing. Will not regret.

I love Away bags SO much. They are spacious and keep my things organized while traveling (which is so important to me as a neat-freak). I also has an experience once where one of the bags unfortunately broke, but they quickly fixed it and sent a new one. It was super easy. My whole family and I are obsessed and will forever be using.

Customer service is amazing! Had a broken lock on my bigger away carry on which has been discontinued but was still able to walk into store and they replaced it! Wheels smooth and fabric barely showing signs of wear 4 years later!

I have about 8 Away luggages. Although I love their look, weight etc, the clips inside ALWAYS break. so the center piece that divides the two sides doesn't clip into anything. They should make them in metal, not plastic.

I love my away bag - larger carry on. My favorite part about AWAY is the customer service. I had a small issue with my bag and after sending a quick pic, I was offered a brand new bag! It was sent and arrived quickly - then I used that box to send back my “broken” bag - no questions asked and minimal effort on my end. Great products, people, and process.

I have the everywhere bag. It is amazing for travelling can slide on luggage and fits many things. Plenty of space and fits under the plane seat on some planes.

Great, durable luggage. Nice minimal design that packs and holds up well. Appreciate the range of colors and sizes.

Super sturdy, looks good, and fantastic warranty

My larger carry-on has come all around the world with me and I've never *even on EasyJet* had an issue with bringing it on board with me. Always fits in the overhead and always fits everything I need to travel. I don't go easy on this thing and it has held up beautifully.

Away luggage has not let me down! I’ve traveled to Europe multiple times and cross-country without an issue. What I love most is how lightweight the bag is which means I can fit more of my stuff (shoes) in there. I also feel like with it being lightweight it’s easy to store, as I can lift it and put it anywhere! The more banged up it gets the cooler it looks.

I have been using the Away bag for a year and a half, and it's made traveling easier for me. The wheels roll incredibly well, and the expandable carry on can really fit a lot of clothes - perfect size for a weekend trip or two weeks abroad! The only issue is the outside does get scratched up (mine is black), as it is a hard shell suitcase, but you can buff out the scratches.

Great carryon bag. I like the battery charger too. It’s light and has nice features to make packing more functional. The lock works well and is tsa approved

I bought my first set of Away suitcases (Large Carry-on and Large) back in 2016 and both have held the test of time! I don’t baby them by any means and they just as good as the day I got them (a few scruffs here and there). I love the 360 wheels, the built in lock functions, and the complimentary laundry bag haha. I know some people aren’t happy with the wheels but Ive never had any issues. The suitcases function beautifully, I have no complaint!

I love my Away suitcase. I like that the two sides are so spacious, I can fit so much into the suitcase. I take it everywhere with me and it rolls very easily. I wish that the suitcase didn't scratch so easily though.

Away is a solid brand. The flight attendants recognize it enough to ask if you have the battery plugged in so if you forget they will remind you.

Good looking and pretty durable bags. They've held up over the last 6 years. Not a ton of easy access storage, but good interior compartments and the charging battery is handy, when I remember to charge it.
