Away bags are great for the price point. I love mine and will likely be a lifelong customer. They are stylish, sleek and fit everything. They also move around well and are easy to use as a carry-on. They have great customer service too.

I have 3 Away suitcases, a toiletry kit and a backpack, and each of them are incredible quality. My suitcases have held up perfectly for 4+ years.

I have two of their products: a large carry-on which I've had for years and a soft large suitcase which I bought about a year ago. I like both a lot, but some aspects of the products broke within a year.

I bought an all white, carry on luggage and couldn't be happier with my purchase! The customer service team is also great and responds to customer inquiries fast. They've come a long way from a corporate scandal a few years ago, and hope they are now treating their employees better.

I love my AWAY suitcases and travel bags/accessories. The best part of the brand is that they offer lifetime warranties on all of their suitcases, so if yours breaks or has major scratches 10 years down the line, you can replace/repair it!

Away is great! The luggage is incredibly durable and I’m constantly surprised by how much I can fit in my suitcase (even if that means sitting on it for it to close). I’ve taken my smaller carry on on multiple international trips and tons of domestic trips and it has help up really well. Great buy!

Hands down the BEST luggage ive ever had. the bigger carry on fits in even the tiniest of planes!

Absolutely love my Away luggage!

I love my Away suitcases. I have a checked bag size and a carry on size. I like how the insides are not super complemented so that I can utilize the space how I see fit. I’ve had my bags for 4+ years now and have survived all kinds of travel.

Feels luxurious to unbox. I appreciate that everything fits well within itself.

I love my away luggage. I got "the bigger carry on" and it holds so much. It is extremely durable and I have used it on many of my trips. I also love how it looks and the warranty is hard to beat.

It’s functional and stylish… but it’s not so durable. Went on 7 trips and it’s already worn out and losing smooth slide. Sad since no damage was done to it, just normal use.

I purchased for my young adult daughter that travels often. In the past the wheels have come off her other brand luggage. These seem super sturdy and love the guarantee in case anything does happen. She’ll be using to travel extensively abroad and we feel confident this brand is up to the task.

Obsessed with my Away bag. I am pretty rough on my travel belongings (overstuffing, sitting on my bag, etc) and after almost a decade of use my Away bag is still chugging along in great condition! Love her.

I bought my away carry on luggage around four years ago and ever since I haven’t used any other brand for my luggage. Away is super classy and high quality for the luggages that they produce, not only are the luggage shells durable but also easy to clean! In addition, Away also provides limited warranty that is extremely helpful for those who are frequent travelers that have minor hiccups! The handle is very easy for grip and can pull the weight of the entire luggage. In addition to the seamless wheels, the luggage is very smooth when transporting it across the airport! As a brand, everyone recognizes an Away luggage when seen because it’s simple and classic! There is plenty of space for your items and I’ve been able to travel with more than 10 outfits within that luggage! Truly one of the best purchases that I’ve made with the price paid!

I love this brand, the suitcases are great. I bought them in the early period when they had the battery pack and watched them grow through making them removable and adjusting with airline policies. I enjoy the stores, they are really friendly and the products are great to test and use. I've called as well to hold products and their service has always been super friendly. The whole process is great because they provide duster bags, little electronic attachments for travel and their magazines are just very fun. The brand has great products, I appreciate the limited edition drops, and I've had these suitcases for well over 4 years and traveled very far and near and they've endured so well. The internal compartments and compression are great, the laundry bag is great, every component of these products are so well thought-out and helpful and easy to put back. I've gotten these for family members and friends.

I travel a lot for work so I needed a good sturdy and easy identifiable bag. I have the bigger carry-on and medium checked bag and I love them! They’re so great my dad and brother went out and bought bags too! The bigger carryon is great for my 4-5 day work trips and it’s so easy to pack/wheel around. Their lifetime warranty is an amazing perk that I haven’t had to use yet since my bag is 3 years old and still in perfect condition!

I literally love this suitcase and it’s customer service. I have both the large suitcase and the ‘bigger’ carryon and I use them both constantly. They are incredibly durable and high quality. My large bag was damaged by TSA and unusable - I emailed customer support about the lifetime warranty, expecting a hold up because, lifetime warranties? Really? But to my delight. I had a new bag at my door in 4 days and a return box (free!) to take the broken one off of my hands. I love Away and recommend it to everyone.
