Bags & Luggage

Away earns strong reviews for durable, lightweight hardshell luggage with smooth 360° wheels, smart interiors (compression panel, mesh divider, laundry bag), and standout customer service with an easy, often-praised lifetime warranty—yes, it’s good and it works for frequent travel. Reviews also flag weaknesses: shells scuff and scratch easily (especially light colors), some wobble or sticking in the telescopic handle, zipper or interior-clip failures on occasion, and the ejectable battery’s limited usefulness due to airline rules and occasional fit issues.

Accessories

The Softside Carry-On suitcase makes traveling an absolute breeze. With its soft, high-strength nylon exterior, this luggage option looks good in any travel setting. Its size allows it to fit in the overhead bin of most major airlines, and its iconic expansion feature makes packing easier than ever. The proprietary stabilizer keeps everything upright, making this a great travel companion.

Love Away! I’ve had the expandable softside luggage for several years, as well as a few backpacks, and they are what I use most when I travel every other week. They are sturdy, the wheels are incredibly smooth, they fit a ton of stuff and the zippers work great. Handles get a bit iffy after 4-5 years but that’s pretty standard. I needed to replace a bag and customer service was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.
