Away has been one of those travel brands that quietly earns trust over time. My 8-year-old carry-on roller has been through countless trips and still feels solid: the shell has scuffs, but the wheels roll smoothly, the handle works reliably, and the interior organization makes packing and unpacking simpler. More recently, my active/FAR duffel has become a go-to for shorter trips and weekends. It looks sleek and fits a TON. The materials and zippers feel durable enough to handle being stuffed, shoved into overhead bins, and dragged through terminals. There was a minor issue with the first duffel I ordered (some stitching tore after one use) but customer service handled it quickly. My replacement has held up over several trips.
