I have a subscription for these products and I will say I LOVE the pads and panty liners but find that the tampons have leakage, especially with heavier flow. Also, the pads stick together sometimes which can rip the packaging but this does not discourage me from buying.

I love how this brand promotes affordability and ECO FRIENDLY PRODUCTS WHICH IS SO GREAT. they’re very open about periods which is so amazing because there’s this huge stigma towards them. I love the products, the pads are so soft and comfortable and literally feel like clouds! I got free chocolate and tampons with my purchase which was so amazing even though I don’t use tampons, I’ll always have some on me for my friends that do. THANK YOU SO MUCH AUGUST FOR YOUR WONDERFUL PRODUCTS! I highly recommend these to anyone that get their cycle ! :)))))

Saw these at Target and although some of the promoting had been annoying, I thought to myself that I should give it a shot. Worst choice ever!! Buyer beware: this pad has caused the MOST LEAKAGE ever!!!! I’m 22, I’ve been menstruating for sometime now, and this morning, on the 5th day of my period (which means my flow IS NOT HEAVY WHATSOEVER) I wake up to a large bloodstain on my WHITE SHEETS. I get up to check the back of my undies because that’s where I find my leakage to happen 99% of the time. NOPE! This product has a preference for leaking in the FRONT for whatever weird reason. I usually put a towel underneath when I have my period to avoid having to scrub out the blood stains from my sheets, but since the flow has been little to nonexistent, I decided to forego the towel, and man what a mistake. Love scrubbing out the large dried up blood stain on my white sheets :(. I’ve never experience this kind of leakage with a pad, why does it leak in the front???? I’m honestly really disappointed with the product, it talked itself up for being “extra absorbent”, maybe extra repellant, because why the hell is blood just easily seeping through the front of my panties??? Extremely disappointed, and I’m really hoping this stain will come out, but so far even with my hydrogen peroxide and bottle of Shout, I’m having no luck :(((

I love their products and would recommend especially for those looking to switch over to a non toxic tampon brand. I just really with they would make an ultra plus size tampon. 

I LOVE AUGUST!!!!!! Their mission resonates sm with me and their product is amazing. I'm super sensitive and their pads (so far, I've been using them for 2 years now) haven't disappointed. Their packaging is also super cute and they get bonus points for their sustainability commitments.

The only reason they're getting a 4/5 and not a 5/5 is because their pads sometimes are hard to remove from my underwear and kind of "break down" and leave the glue part into the fabric. It's a bit annoying as I often find myself needing to scrape off the residue (bottom of the pad). However, this hasn't been enough to prevent me from buying from them as they're #1 in the market rn for me.

Everything about this company is wonderful. The customer service, the inclusivity, and especially the product. The comfort is incredible, especially the pads! They literally feel like you’re sitting on a pillow. Also, no tampon tax! August products are also cheaper than in store products especially if you order subscription boxes. ♥️ 10/10 would recommend any day.

They did change the wrappers, so I can’t speak to the new ones, but with the previous ones they were sometimes hard to open. The adhesive on the pads is also sometimes a little too strong and hard to take off my underwear. 

I love August’s day and night pads! They are so soft and absorptive! I haven’t had any leaks with these pads. I love the packaging and vibe of the company. I also love knowing I’m using organic cotton products that are biodegradable! 

The only thing that sucked was the back order, I needed pads and tampons and am having to wait till mid March to get them but I waited last minute so my fault. I would recommend doing the monthly subscription!

I found this brand on TikTok and I was intrigued so I ordered their “build a box” and when I got my period the first day I knew I was hooked. I HATE pads but these pads were like a whole different breed of pads. They are soft, they don’t stick to your vagina, they dry quickly and they DONT STINK! The tampons don’t irritate me at all and are super comfortable to wear. The liners melt into your underwear as do the rest of the pads. The nights pads though are highly UNDERRATED! Once again I HATE pads but these are my life savers! The double butterfly strap really makes a difference and they don’t move around or sound like your wearing a plastic bag when you walk! I absolutely love this brand and everything they stand for! I will be shouting your name from the rooftops to anybody with a bleeding vagina lol! I love you guys!

I am a 14 year old teen who is new to getting periods. I’ve struggled with finding pads that work for me and my flow. I discovered the owners YouTube and thought I’d give it a go. I just bought two boxes of August day & night pads and love them. They are so soft, don’t chafe, and don’t leak. I usually get pads without wings because they are uncomfortable but I love the August pads that have wings. I give this brand a 10/10!

The only thing I could some annoyed by is the very top and bottom not having sticky stuff because it kept coming off on the tops and bottoms other then that’s it’s perfect!

The August tampon have a design that differentiates them from traditional brands — they open axially, “like a pair of angel wings.” August claims this to be the best fit for the true shape of your vagina. 

The mission and the morals of this brand are great, but I hate the tampons. I tried them for the first time on this period and the plunger is SO HARD to push down. I was down there with two hands and had to give up and just wear a pad to the store to get a different brand. 

I've used their tampons - love the packaging, so cute and the product itself is comfortable and easy to use. No complaints!

I really love the mission behind this brand! Their focus on personalized products and sustainably sourced materials is wonderful. 

I don't think I tried the right product for me but I definitely want to try more from August! 


My dream would be that the tampon and pad packaging is biodegradable or recyclable too but I'm not sure of the limitations there. 

August had a great unboxing and I like how all of the product boxes fit neatly inside so there was no waste. The packaging is sleek and cool and isn't anything like traditional period brands. Also really resonate with the mission. 

I'm so excited for more sizes + options in the future!

Obviously I'm biased, but I love August's liners and light tampons! I have a very light flow because I'm on birth control, so these two are the holy grail. They're so soft and comfortable!

August has genuinely changed my life. Their products are amazing and eco friendly, and the community August has created for their customers/buyers is unmatched. They’ve done an incredible job of making sustainable, affordable products and a lovely community to go with them!!!

Love that the packaging is discrete other than the tape and the customizable monthly subscription allows me to forget about buying products, they just show up! lol 

Really great sustainable tampons and I love the brand's mission! The only tampons I buy right now.
