I got my Arena a few months ago, and it makes it super easy to work out from home. Instead of having a full lineup of 10 dumbbells sitting around, I just have my Arena. Now I can do heavier workouts (I wasn't sitting around with 100lb dumbbells), and it opens you up to a lot of different exercises you can't do with dumbbells. Another positive is it's infinitely more portable than the other strength brands where you need to hire installers.
