Reviews mention

  • Consistently delicious mac and cheese
  • Reliable, quality natural ingredients
  • Kid-approved, family-friendly snacks
  • Appealing, sauce-hugging pasta shapes
  • Gummier protein pasta texture
  • Average microwavable mac cups
  • Limited gluten-free mac options
  • Few lower-sugar, plant-based choices

Annie’s earns positive reviews for consistently tasty mac and cheese and snacks, reliable quality ingredients, and family appeal, though protein pasta skews gummier and microwavable mac cups land as merely okay. Reviews indicate the brand is good—gluten-free options please many, but limited GF mac choices and a desire for more lower-sugar and plant-based offerings temper the praise.

  • It’s great to have the added benefit of protein incorporated into a dish that I enjoy normally. Only drawback was that the added protein changed the texture of the macaroni. It felt a bit gummier and did not have the same snap that the normal pasta had. Cheese sauce had Parmesan which was a good variation from the white cheddar. Preparation was easy. I’ll likely stick to my normal pasta and add chicken or another meat to the dish to get my protein.

  • I like this variety of Annie's Mac and cheese. The spiral shape was good for holding in the sauce. Texture was perfect, slightly past Al dente. The pepper flavor was very prominent in the cheese and was refreshing without being spicy. Preparation was easy. Would purchase again.

  • I needed a pick me up in the morning so I had a cup of the instant Mac and cheese. It’s pretty much the average prepackaged snack. I did enjoy how easy it was to make and was cheesy enough plus some added hot sauce to give it a kick. This brand makes healthy-ish products that I don’t mind picking up in a pinch.

  • I love Annie's - and so does my kid! From snacks to their mac n cheese and bernieOs, they are staple in our house and they make the items my daughter likes best for snacks and meals. I love that they are high-quality and organic.

  • Love Annie’s brand in general, but their white cheddar shells Mac and cheese is my favorite product of theirs. It is so reliable and consistent and always tastes amazing. I highly recommend remembering to add butter

  • I love Annie's for their meals, such as rice pasta and cheddar, as well as their snacks. I appreciate the gluten-free options, which still taste delicious. I think the snacks are very comparable in taste to more traditional snacks, but they have the added organic food aspect that makes them a little better in my opinion.

  • Love that I can trust that all products Annie's sells are going the be all natural and organic. I don't have to worry about checking the labels for additives like food coloring and artificial flavor. I love their bunnies version of animal crackers. Their white cheddar mac and cheese is also pretty good for instant mac and cheese, I am just not a huge fan of mac and cheese.

  • I've tried so many products from this brand, and I've never had one that tasted bad. The closest thing to tasting bad was their microwavable macaroni cups and their protein mac, but even then they were just okay. I love their boxed macaroni because it's cheap and easy to make for dinner on a budget with. Their other products are also good but are markedly more expensive. I usually only buy their boxed macaroni for this reason. Their cinnamon rolls are also amazing, but I don't buy them because of the price.

  • Have tried a bunch of different annie’s products over the years and love all of the ones I’ve had. The fruit snacks are super addicting, not like any other fruit snacks I’ve had. The macaroni is always great, especially the fun animal shaped ones.

  • I enjoy their gluten free granola bars, double chocolate chip. They have a nice taste, and are fun to pack along for a hike or in your lunch box! They have a good Mac and cheese unfortunately most of them are not gluten free. They do have a couple gluten free Mac and cheese mixes.

  • One of my favorite all time healthy food brands. Their snacks and foods are all sooo good and do not disappoint! Also, I just love how cute the little rabbits are!

  • I’m a huge fan of Annie’s products! Everything from their mac and cheese to their snacks is consistently delicious and made with quality ingredients. It’s comforting to know that the food is wholesome and free from artificial stuff. Plus, the flavors are always spot on, and the convenience is perfect for busy days. I find myself reaching for Annie’s often—it’s a brand I trust and genuinely enjoy.

  • Yummy brand! I like that they have options for all kinds of different diet types and the bunny packaging is definitely adorable. And more sustainable than most too! I wish they had more lower sugar or healthier options as well as plant-based options, though

  • I have tried a bunch of Annie's products and I don't think I've ever disliked one. Mac & cheese, cheese crackers, fruit snacks... very lunchbox and nostalgia, but I'm not ashamed to eat them as an adult.

  • Annie’s gets it. Their food is delicious, comes from a good place, and is at a good price point. Nothing I’ve had has been bad even if I didn’t necessarily like it
