It’s great to have the added benefit of protein incorporated into a dish that I enjoy normally. Only drawback was that the added protein changed the texture of the macaroni. It felt a bit gummier and did not have the same snap that the normal pasta had. Cheese sauce had Parmesan which was a good variation from the white cheddar. Preparation was easy. I’ll likely stick to my normal pasta and add chicken or another meat to the dish to get my protein.
