We’ve been using our angelcab stroller for two years now, and it’s honestly been one of our best baby purchases. It looks beautiful, feels incredibly well made, and the materials are just on another level — sturdy, thoughtful, and still looking great even after daily use. You can really tell that this stroller was designed with care. We already recommended ANGELCAB to two of our friends, which probably says it all. Funky, functional, and made with real care — we’re big fans.

This review is meant to be as respectful as possible, but to be transparent about my experience with Angel Cab in hopes to help other potential customers of this business. Unfortunately, this has been the worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything. My wife and I loved what this brand produced, designed and stood for and were excited about purchasing from them. We made our purchase back in December for over $3,000 USD worth of items, and have yet to receive 95% of the order. That’s not even the most frustrating part, the most frustrating part about this is the complete lack of customer service from Angel Cab regarding this matter. My wife is 36 weeks pregnant. We ordered everything from Angel Cab when she was 21 weeks pregnant, thinking we were ordering sufficiently in advance of the due date to have what we needed in time for our first baby to arrive. Now, instead of resting and preparing for the of our son, my 36 week pregnant wife is corresponding back and forth with an incompetent customer service team to which no solution has been found. Not only is there no solution, but she rarely gets responses. Sometimes it is days between responses and unfortunately, we don’t have days to prolong this. I genuinely hope we reach a resolution. It has been a very unfortunate and unexpected added stress to the end of this pregnancy. We have a stroller wheels and a stroller frame, which really doesn’t do us much good. Not to mention, we now have to come up with a back up plan for getting our son home from the hospital when he is born because our car seat from Angel Cab is not here yet. If anyone from Angel Cab reads this, please help my wife make this right. This is not fair to her and I would like to see this resolved with out any more stress on her.

We’ve been using our Angelcab for over a year now and are still just as happy as on day one. The materials, especially the fabrics, are on a different level. Even after daily use, the stroller looks beautifully made and well kept. From the very beginning, the communication was incredibly helpful and kind. Shipping to New York was smooth and quick, and whenever we had a question, someone was there to help right away ( I literally called on December 24th for an update). They even helped with some custom handles we wanted as my partner is really tall. We’re stopped almost every day in the city by people asking where the stroller is from. It really stands out here and doesn’t compare to what you find in most baby stores. I’ve already recommended Angelcab to several friends. It’s rare to find something that combines thoughtful design, quality and service in such a complete way. Thank you so much!

We bought our Angel Cab ca. 1.5 years ago. Already the delivery experience was horrible. Living partly in Czechia and in Switzerland, we ordered the stroller to be delivered to our Czech address. However, we never received the cab there. Because of a repeated mistake of the delivery company, the three boxes never made it together to our address and were returned multiple times. Due to the delay, we were not able to wait for the stroller in Czechia and needed to redirect it to our Swiss address. Unfortunately, Switzerland has hefty import tariffs. Angel Cab promised to reimburse us for these import costs as the delivery problems were on them. However, after finally receiving the packages and sending the tariff bills to Angel Cab, they stopped communicating with us completely. What a fraud! Not only that we paid way more for the Angel Cab than we expected, also the product ended up being sub-par. The two main problems are: 1) One of the wheels was out of alignment and was therefore wiggling. We were worried that it would fall off sooner or later. Fortunately, thanks to the technical skills of my borther-in-law, we were able to get it fixed ourselves. 2) The breaks are hard to release. We once almost did not get off a bus on time because of this... Overall, the stroller is not worth the price and the company is not reliable at solving issues when they arise (to the level of breaking promises and halting communication). We would not buy one again!

We were looking for an alternative to strollers made entirely from plastic. I mean, sure, it's logical to use plastic for connecting parts, etc. But why should I put my baby in a bassinet covered with polyester? With Angelcab, we get wool fabrics that can breathe and cotton that feels incredibly soft. Our child sleeps well and feels perfectly comfortable. We have been using the stroller for a year now and can recommend it without any reservations.

We got our Angelcab about 1,5 years ago and since then we use it almost every day. The stroller is very stable and comfy, feels really solid with all the high quality materials. The design is beautifull, still looks like new. What impressed me most is the customer support, they reply so fast and really take care, never had that before. I can only reccomend it, we are very happy.

Overall stroller was good, materials are nice and comfortable but have had the brake unit fail, get replaced, and fail again. This is a safety issue not acceptable for a premium priced stroller. We also had a fastener fall off. Overall build quality not what you’d expect.

I've been using my C angelcab for almost two years, and it’s been fantastic, especially for our mountain and forest environment where winters come with heavy snow. The large wheels are a standout feature, handling snow and uneven terrain with ease. This stroller offers a smooth and comfortable stroll in all conditions, and I never worry about maneuvering through thick snow or forest trails. The spacious basket is incredibly practical, allowing me to carry all our essentials with room to spar. I also love how roomy the seat unit is. It’s large enough that when I pick up my daughter and her friend from kindergarten, they can both fit comfortably together. This is a huge convenience, as I don’t need to bring a second stroller or carrier for short trips. The quality of the materials and the overall durability have impressed me, and the stroller has held up well despite frequent use in tougher conditions. It’s a great blend of style, sturdiness, and practicality. I would highly recommend the ANGELCAB C-Series to anyone needing a durable, spacious stroller that performs in all seasons.

We've been using the ANGELCAB U-Series stroller for over four years now with our second and third child, and it's been fantastic. We previously had a well-known brand (which was okay too) but discovered ANGELCAB through friends. Having already had stroller experience with our first child, I could truly appreciate the remarkable difference in quality and ride comfort once we started using the U-Series with our second child. The quality of materials and craftsmanship is outstanding. We’re frequently on gravel paths, not just in the city, and the stroller has held up incredibly well. At one point, our daughter only wanted to sleep in the stroller, which even became a bit of a challenge at home! Sure, it's a bit larger, and it only fits in my wife's Mini with the rear wheels detached, but the comfort and stability it provides are unbeatable.

We ordered one of the U series with wicker basket bassinet and seated set as we loved the aesthetic aspect of the stroller. Whilst it’s beautiful and handmade the communication and service from the company is absolutely appalling. I’ve called non stop for two weeks + emailed and commented on social media. IG seems to be the only way to get any kind of answers from this company and even there they dodge direct questions. Being 8 months pregnant with my first child this is the last thing I need right now and I would strongly recommend expecting parents consider other options. Whilst the product is beautiful in my opinion the hassle and stress of chasing non existent costumer Service is not worth it!

We’ve been using the ANGELCAB U2-Series for over two years, and it’s been incredibly reliable. The pram is sturdy, handles different terrains well, and is easy to push. The natural materials and great build quality make it feel premium, and it’s held up beautifully through daily use. From the carrycot to the seat unit, every detail is thoughtfully designed, and transitioning between them as our child grew was seamless. It’s been a true companion, and we couldn’t be happier with the durability and comfort it’s provided. Highly recommended!

Since ordering the stroller, I have had a problem with them, with email, delivery, complaints, and with the stroller itself, which I don't even use that often. After only a couple of days, the button on the roof of the basket stopped working, by the time they saw the email, and by the time they sent me that part, the baby had already outgrown the basket, in the end the wrong part arrived. From the beginning, the brakes do not hold all 4 wheels well, but only the back 2, which makes them not safe at all. Also, the bresk from beginning has to be pressed all the way a couple of times to release it so it doesn't skip, and now it skips all the time because one wheell is broken (the plastic on it is out and coming out when I put it back). 8 months ago when I start useing the seat, I asked for a new part for the legs and I attached pictures and a video of the problem. The button on one side didn't work properly, you had to squeeze it hard to adjust that part, and even then it didn't go smoothly. Now that part is broken, and my baby is sleeping with legs down for a month and half. I also mentioned in that email that the part of the roof that opens with a zipper has a magnet on it, but there is no other magnet higher up to where that part could be attached when it is open as in video. After I didn't get a reply, I wrote again after a week, but there was still no answer. So I start whriteing on instagram, they reply fast and sayed the new part is on the way but there is still nothing after a month, and they dont reply any more when I ask if they send it. Not profesional and disapointing!

I have had C series and U series. Both very disappointing. I would not recommend it. Even though the design is one od the prettiest these strollers do not even stay fine for one child. The quality is terrible and the design is not good enough. The fabrics faint in just a few monts looking very bad in both cases. Also it shrinks even in cold washes. I have had two fabrics and both shrinked in the first wash. When speaking about the C series the baby keeps going down to one side since the basket has a few degrees of univeness. I complaint without any answer from the brand, even though they claim about a 7 year warranty. When speaking about the U series, everything was breaking very easily and the spare parts are very expensive for a product build that badly. It is pretty yes, just use it once a week on sundays or something. It is not a product for you day to day.
