Alo is a 10/10! The brand is very fashion forward, with the styles they offer & different color varieties. Putting on my Alo workout gear makes me feel comfortable, chic, & ready to kill my workout. As much as it is althletic wear, it’s so stylish & comfy I desire to wear it all day.

I purchased a pair of sweatpants for my teenage daughter.  I loved the look of them and I knew she had friends that wore them.   Unfortunately, she has had them less than a month and they are pilling between the legs.   They are definitely not too small, they are the wide leg version.   When I contacted the company, they told me I couldn't return or exchange them.  I was under the 30 day return policy as and when I pointed that out, they did not respond.   I received what appear to be  "auto response" emails so I am not sure anyone even reads them.   I was very disappointed since the sweatpants were $118 and the company doesn't seem stand by the quality of the product.     I would caution people on ordering the sweatpants.    I even sent photos upon request that clearly show the pilling and they said they wouldn't do anything.   

I only have one set from Alo but I do love it. It was gifted, so the one shoulder bra may not have otherwise been my first choice. I love the material and the fit, and even with one shoulder, I can easily workout with enough support. The airbrush leggings are so slimming and flattering, and do a great job of moisture-wicking, despite the light color. Would love to try more products down the road.

I received a long sleeve shirt as a gift. After a year, it starting ripping along the seam. Company not only has poor customer service, but they only warrantee product for 30 days.  I think because they charge so much, people think they’re great quality.  I won’t use the product again. 



As someone who's really picky about workout apparel, I must express my love for their tennis skirts, especially the GRAND SLAM TENNIS SKIRT – a must-have for any summer wardrobe. The thick waistband cinches in like no other, and the small intricate pleats not only add movement but also contribute to its unique charm. The built-in shorts also make it super comfortable to walk around. While the $88 price tag may seem steep, I've struggled to find another skirt that even comes close. I strongly recommend everyone to try it on if you can. I felt incredibly confident, so much so that I couldn't resist getting it in yellow during Alo's sale. A word of caution: due to the intricate pleats, it's advisable to hand wash it to avoid ruining the pleat lines if thrown in the dryer.

Title: Extremely Disappointed with Alo Yoga's Poor Quality and Unresponsive Customer Service

I recently purchased a top from Alo Yoga, and I am utterly disappointed with the quality and the brand's inability to address a simple issue. Despite following the care instructions diligently, the sweat stains under the arms refuse to budge, leaving me embarrassed and frustrated.

First and foremost, the fact that a supposedly high-end brand like Alo Yoga produces clothing that cannot withstand basic wear and tear is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect the products I purchase to be of superior quality, especially when paying a premium price. However, this top has proven to be nothing more than a disappointment.

 It is disheartening to see a brand that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction fail to address a legitimate concern. The lack of response only adds insult to injury and shows a complete disregard for their customers' experiences.

I find it incredibly frustrating that Alo Yoga seems to be more focused on marketing and promoting their products rather than ensuring their customers' satisfaction. It is evident that they prioritize profit over quality and customer care.

In conclusion, my experience with Alo Yoga has been nothing short of a disappointment. The poor quality of their clothing, coupled with their unresponsive customer service, has left me feeling frustrated and let down. I would strongly advise against purchasing from this brand, as they do not live up to their claims of providing high-quality activewear.

SO SO SO AMAZING. The vibes in the ALO stores are amazing, I don't feel judged, it is very clean. The clothing is high quality and cute. 

I reaaaally like how Alo appears to look but have had less luck with the quality of their leggings. Given the price point, I'd likely just go with Lulu or Athleta where there's a quality guarantee. However, I do love the sweatshirts and wish I could afford them. The prices are just steep for apparel that's so basic in nature, but I get why it's a trend. 

I have been a long-term Alo Yoga customer and always thought their clothes were overpriced, but I was willing to pay for the quality and styles I liked. During my recent order, I purchased a few very expensive jackets and outerwear. I made a return for two pieces but soon realized I wanted to return one more jacket that just wasn’t suitable for me. 

I contacted the support team well before my 30-day return period was over. I received one generic response, and despite sending 5-6 emails, I was completely ignored. A man named Dane would reply every 3-4 days with unhelpful and irrelevant responses, such as sending me old labels I couldn’t use. Now, my 30-day return period has ended because I was waiting for any form of support or assistance. I even suggested paying for my own shipping and only needed confirmation or approval before sending off a $300 jacket with no assurance of a refund being processed. Dane was absolutely useless and provided no assistance. 

It feels like they were just trying to delay their replies so they could finally say, "I am afraid we cannot provide another label for this as the period for return has ended," without admitting that their horrible service caused this situation. I hope everyone who shops with them is aware that there is no customer support when shopping with Alo! I’ve never been treated like this when paying so much for luxury pieces. Thanks for nothing, Alo!

I love the look of the leggings however, they are too long and I find that they don't hold well against the body. They slip very easily when they are on. I love Alo but I personally don't like the leggings

Generally I love the quality of Alo's products. They wash and wear well over time, however I am careful to only ever hang-dry my Alo clothes. The airlift pants are really comfortable as well!

I love the brand. The workout classes are great. There’s a good range of instructors and virtual class types. I always enjoy a brand with loyalty points. There are new drops and colors. The performance is good. 

Alo yoga has the best hoodies, hands-down. Their Athleisure, specifically their jackets and "dess up" shirts are remarkable. They're mid-range in price, from my perspective, and the fabrics endure a lot of washing. Alo, despite me being petite, really knows how to shape crop tops, so they're my favorite, and have led me away from my lululemon addiction. 

The brand generously sent my client some new clothes from their recent Alo drop for product testing purposes. I had the pleasure of working closely with several members of their team and can attest to their professionalism and effectiveness. Each product arrived meticulously packaged and perfectly folded. The quality is exceptional—true to size, sturdy, and durable, outshining competitors with their consistent innovation. They offer a wide range of products and colors, a rarity in the athleisure space.

The only drawback is the pricing, which tends to be slightly higher than others on the market. While my clients believe the products justify the cost, others may find some items less accessible. Nevertheless, these pieces are destined to remain wardrobe staples for some time, and I eagerly anticipate future collaborations with this team.

I have been wearing the Alo men's micro waffle hoodie for a few weeks and have been impressed with how comfortable it is. Feels like a slightly more presentable, work Zoom appropriate, athleisure hoodie. Would recommend.

I wanted to like Alo more than I did. It's not bad, but the materials aren't as soft and comfortable as competitors like Lulu. For the price (equivalent to Lulu), I don't see the value.

Really love some pieces I have from them but others just do not have as great of quality for the price point! Wish quality was more consistent. 

Really high quality.  They always mix it up with their design and each piece sculpts my body perfectly. I always feel good when I'm wearing alo.

Really fun, designs and prints are cute.. I feel like they run long though, so they scrunch a bit which is why I took away a star. I definitely think they are better quality than lululemon and they do not pill when washing . 

So, I tried out Alo leggings and brace, and let me tell you, the fit is absolutely fantastic. They just mold to your body in such a comfortable way, it's like a second skin – really amazing. (Attached pictures of me in action with both items)
But here's the thing, they do come with a pretty hefty price tag. I mean, they're not the most budget-friendly leggings out there.
That being said, the comfort and style they bring to the table are pretty hard to beat. It's like they were tailor-made for my workouts, and I can't help but feel great in them. So, while my bank account might not be thrilled, my legs are definitely loving it.
