Loved Alo over Lulu until this year. They changed the design and now the knees are loose fitting. They just don't fit right. Wish they wouldn't have changed because they were my favorite and they do last longer than Lulu. But with the bizarre change in the fitting I won't buy them anymore.

I purchased a $160 Canadian gift certificate to give to my future daughter-in-law from Alo. I am a Canadian living in Toronto. The company exchanged my $160 into US dollars (including charging me the commission to do the exchange) and gave me a gift certificate in US dollars although such as of no value to me living in Canada. I asked for reversal and they agreed to refund me. Unfortunately, after numerous emails I have not received my refund. They continually tell me that the refund was processed, however, it is not been been refunded back into my PayPal account. They refused to take action further than this, and have essentially washed their hands of it. I received ongoing templated, standard response emails which I find condescending and patronizing. I can only assume that they refund was done erroneously however, they seem to not wish to take responsibility for what appears to be a series of errors on their part. This experience has been extremely time-consuming and frustrating. I will never deal with these people again.

Great selection of clothing, including colors & sizes! I’m a 4’11” and the tops / bottoms fit me just fine, even though not all of it. The sweatpants is super comfy, but I wish it has a petite option so the length fits perfectly for me. Th customer service is super helpful as they helped me to proceed the refund because of the size issues!

If I could rate this store 0 stars I would. I placed my order back in august and the order never delivered to me. I’ve been in contact with alo yoga since august 30th with a rep Lyla stating that they can open an investigation that will take 10 days and from there they can help me with a resolution. I haven’t received ANY help from anyone and we’re looking at 30 days with this investigation now. My emails have been ignored and the only time I get a response is when I call into the phone line. I’ve requested a supervisor call me multiple times and every time they’ve said a supervisor is unavailable. I asked for a call back and was promised 7 times but never once did anyone call me back. This company is nothing but a scam. At this point I’m not going to receive anything from them. Be aware when shopping with them.

very comfortable and super cute! personally, my favorite items from them are their half zip workout shirt- acts the cutest and hits all the right, I also really love their ribbon hairbow such a simple cute accessory that can really make an outfit! really high-quality fabric and so adorable! deff recommend.

As a frequent gym goer, I have tried countless athletic wear brands. Alo has been by far my favorite. I love that there are always new styles and colors produced in super high quality. Although not great for my bank account, it is simply too cute to not buy. One of the highlights of this brand is not only can you look cute going to exercise. The designs are also fashionable enough that you can wear it on a casual day out running errands or grabbing Sunday brunch. My only constructive feed back would be about inclusivity. The website doesn't really show images of women with different body shapes. Without going to the stored I was a little concerned about sizing as I am on the curvier side.

Absolutely love. Fits me like a glove and I love the sculpted look when wearing.

Like many others who have reviewed this company on Trustpilot my experience of them has been awful. The delivery never arrived, the customer service agent never responded as promised and they refused to offer a replacement or a refund until they had finished their `investigation` with the carrier. They did not accept that they needed to do anything until they had followed their process. Don't trust this company with your money. Once they have it they are not interested.

Nice design with soft fabrics, pricey for top and leggings. Lulu lemon is less pricey with similar feel.

I love the legging comfort and feel； but the bra is not well made for my 36G bust. Also it is expensive. Customer service was slow to response.

Bought some leggings the other day. They don't stay up. Not sure what the hype is, also thought they were an American brand. They are made in China. Better leggings are 90 degree on Amazon and zella at nordstrom rack. Seriously disappointed.

Love the clothes. Great for workouts and for running around town. The jackets are great, everyone loves to get this as a gift. Always coming out with new colors and collections!

I feel for the price the quality could stand to be a bit better
