Allbirds earns strong reviews for exceptional comfort, light weight, and machine-washable ease, making Tree Runners, Wool Runners, and loungers reliable everyday and travel shoes; however, many note limited support for long walks/runs, faster tread wear and toe holes, wool styles running warm and staining easily, narrow sizing without half sizes, and a polarizing, sometimes “dated” look. Overall, the brand is good for casual wear and sustainability-minded buyers, but not ideal for heavy-duty performance or those needing robust arch support and long-term durability.

I have two (2) pair and like them both. Super comfortable and don't wear with socks. They are also very light, so great for travel.

Can't justify spending nearly $100 for a pair of very simple shoes. I love that fact that it's wool, but not enough for me to keep flimsy shoes that get dirty very easily and hard to clean. Fit also wasn't the best, I generally like a bit extra width and these do not offer that **at all**

I love Allbirds flats!! They are classy, comfy, and easy to pack!!

Allbirds had a store in SF so I had to try them out! I got a pair of wool sneakers, but I don’t recommend them if you have flat and wide feet (which I am so lucky to have both). They were comfortable on the sides, but they rubbed after walking around a bit. They scratch the back of my foot when I walk as well. The rest of my family swears by them though!

Ok so I know these are not the coolest shoe out there (unless you live in Boston of course lmao). But if you work in healthcare and/or your closet is mostly Figs Scrubs, these are for you. Allbirds allow me to sprint down hospital halls with ease and stand for hours rounding with patients with no pain. I can easily throw these in the washer after a messy week at work, and their color options literally matched my scrubs perfectly all last year. Light weight. Easy to pack in a suitcase because they're super flexible. Better than other running shoes when it comes to rain/snow durability. I will totally wear these as an old person, you can bet your a$$. Good gift for your aging parents for sure.

I have wide and sweaty feet. My feet kept sliding around inside the shoe which has no structural support.

I love Allbirds and their mission of sustainability. I’ve owned three pairs so far, with two forming holes around the big toe. Even though they began reinforcing that area, if you have longer nails, they will eventually cut through and form a hole. Socks help with this issue so I’d recommend that depending on the shoe you get. Other than that issue, they are super comfortable! The wool shoe they have actually is especially comfy and warm. Highly recommend giving them a try in store so you can find the right size for you. Because they only have whole sizes, it’s important to figure out if you should size up or down.

Allbirds are great! Love that they are washable and comfortable for every day wear. Bought some small birds for our son - ridiculous but adorable.

Allbirds are a staple in my closet, whenever my feet feel tired I go for Allbirds since they're super soft and comfy. Really recommend them to catch a break from uncomfy shoes

I absolutely love the Allbirds that I have. The runners are a definite go-to shoe, especially for my business casual work environment. Then, as soon as I get home, I slip those off (as if I even needed to in the first place) and put on my wool loungers. Basically, until I go to bed, I've got on Allbirds. If I wore them any more, my feet might quite literally fly away.

Very comfortable!

For a person with flat feet, All Birds did not provide enough support. Also, although I admire the environmental aspects, my big toe poked a hole in the top portion of the shoe, not once, but twice. I think they qualify as a good younger person's disposable kind of shoe.

I have light baby blue tree runners. I purchased them for a trip to Europe where I planned to walk 100+ miles and did not want to pack socks. These were awesome even in the 100°+ heat. I never had blisters and walked for days and days. They never got too hot, sweaty or smelly. After my trip, I washed them in my washing machine and they were like new once again. Highly recommend!

I LOVE my allbirds. I would recommend them to anyone. I’m really excited about their continued expansion of styles outside of just athletic sneakers. I have their high top tree runners and their dashers. The high tops feel like socks almost. They’re very squishy and very Freeform so you have to like that. The runners are also great. I’ve had them for years and can do almost anything in them. I will say the only downside is that their different shoe styles tend to fit different, so you may be fine in the OG style, but newer ones might feel different.

I have had the tree runners, tree breezers, tree ballet flats, and the wool loungers. Of those the wool loungers are my favorite. I wear them almost every day, even in the summer. I like that I can remove the insole to put in my own orthotics and heel lift. The reason I switched from the tree to the wool is that the tree varieties got holes in them from my cats snagging them on their claws and from my big toe nail rubbing. No holes in the wool for 18 months now. I am waiting for my size and preferred color to be available in the wool high tops. Those will be amazing for winter.

I was thinking of purchasing a pair of the wool shoes but balked at the price -- so when when I was lucky to get a pair as a gift, I was excited! They were a lot lighter than I expected upon opening them, and I decided to take them for a spin on an international trip to see how they'd do. I wore them on the plane to check comfort, ease of removal and putting them back on quickly through security check, and warmth level through the flight. I was pleasantly surprised that they were not only a lot warmer than they looked - especially for how light they are, they were very comfortable, and didn't squish my feet as they swelled from pressure. Over the next two weeks of my trip, I wore my Nikes for hiking and exercising, and I wore my Allbirds as my daily, regular-use shoes for walking around town, on commutes, and for everything everything that didn't require specialty shoes (like hiking or business formal wear). I love them so much they've now become my go-to shoes that I reach for before my other shoes.

I purchased my Allbirds shoes exactly one year ago and I love them! They're incredibly comfortable and stylish, and I wear them practically everyday and through every season. The sustainable materials used in their construction align with my values, and I appreciate the brand's commitment to eco-friendliness. Allbirds is a fantastic blend of comfort, style, and sustainability, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great pair of shoes for a good price.

Cute? Yes. Quality? Terrible. I have purchased two pairs of shoes; the tree breezers and running. Both, within months of purchase came apart at various places. When I reached out to customer service I was informed that I needed to specifically document my activities and was not provided a return or quality policy. I had sketcher ballet flats that lasted longer than these shoes. Absolutely not worth it for the price point.

Terrific, most comfortable wool shoes (who knew?) which I have now purchased for my partner and me. Love them and the sustainability aspect makes me feel even better wearing!!
