Alaffia reviews and discussion

I don’t have a lot of experience with Alaffia products because I’ve been trying to cut out liquid in my toiletries and cleaning supplies as I’m comfortable with. They do sell sell bar soap, but I haven’t noticed much a staggering collection already. I would say that the African soap had a medium viscosity. It wasn’t great or terrible.

Alaffia Everyday Coconut Face Cleanser is a fantastic product for daily use, featuring high-quality composition that’s both gentle and effective. Clean ingredients, great for sensitive skin, so it continues being a challenge in finding the right products but I think this one did it for me.

So effective cleansing properties, natural ingredients, and pleasant scent. Specifically, appreciate its ability to remove makeup and impurities without leaving the skin feeling tight or dry. The cleanser's texture and consistency it is great it as being just right for a gentle cleanse.

I love the Good Soap. Lemon & Leaf is a bright and sunny scent that makes a great pick-me-up. I have dry skin and dermatitis so I have to be careful with products I use. This shea butter base is soothing and moisturizing. Good, clean ingredients with no animal testing!

I refuse to use any other face wash after discovering their coconut face cleanser. It's so light and gentle for morning and night and it removes makeup - even waterproof mascara!! - better and more easily than other actual makeup removers I've bought in past. Even if it didn't do double duty, its a great price too. I've also recently starting using their Eucalyptus Tea Tree all in one soap. I can't think of anything negative to say about it at all but I don't feel as strongly about my love for it as I do the face cleanser!

I tried the Alaffia Every Day face cleanser in the shower last night, and afterward, my face felt so cleaned and renewed! The product smelled great, the size was ample, and I felt better knowing that the ingredients were sustainable and plant-based. Though the price was a little high, I recommend it based on the quality!
