  • Easily one of my favourite brands - I have used their service to give friends food in different states and they complimented the quality & intentionality about their business. I have also purchased Rodo Crisps & Oil (need to restock). Definitely, definitely worth the purchases.

  • Super delicious East African food being made fresh in Houston and shipped nationwide.

Awesome food that tasted homemade and was shipped super quickly. Also, great packing and social media.

  • My reason for giving a 3 star is because I made a complaint about the food I ordered in which one was bad when I received it and some had boiled meat placed at the bottom of the gravies, instead of cooking the meat with the gravy. They responded like twas normal for it to be that way and made it seem like I was lying about one of the food that was bad at reception. No apologies or remorse.....smh!!! Their pastries were awesome btw, especially their puff-puff and meat pie. But please stay away from their their gravies like okro, efo'riro and the rest. Also, their jollof rice was the absolute waste of money. It looked like something that had been in their freezer for weeks or months and the taste was nothing to write home about.

I tried reaching out to you like a civilized person before penning down this review but your response was downgrading, plus it took you days to even respond when you finally did. Word of advise, I recommend that you fire whoever the chef incharge of your food is. He/she is doing a great diservice to your company. Wish yall the best as you work on improving some of your products and services.

What is Adùn?

Adùn sells a range of ready-to-eat, African-inspired frozen meals.

In their own words

Adùn makes African flavors easier to know, find and enjoy. The word Adùn means “Flavor” in the Yorùbá language and accurately captures the essence of what we do. Adùn started as a blog called AllIDoIsCook that grew from a space that shared budget-friendly African recipes, to readers across the USA expressing interest in purchasing these dishes. With this huge untapped market need, Adùn became a ready-to-eat direct to customer food brand that has manufactured and delivered over 40,000 products to doorsteps across the USA since 2019. Adùn makes it possible for the over six million African immigrants in the USA to have a taste of home and an opportunity for everyone to experience these flavors conveniently. As Adùn grows, we will expand to include other African cuisines and our mission to deliver optimal traditional African flavor will remain consistent.
