Adda Veggie makes flavorful and easy-to-cook plant-based protein mixes at an affordable price.   

Our Adda Veggie Protein Mixes are protein-rich ground meat alternatives. Home cooks simply add fresh veggies to the mix to create a ground meat alternative which can be formed into patties, meatless meatballs or a crumble and used as the center-of-plate protein. Adda Veggie is a dry mix with a long shelf life and is the perfect pantry staple for vegetarians and folks looking to reduce their meat consumption. All of our products are vegan, soy-free, gluten-free, and non-GMO.

We launched Adda Veggie because we saw the opportunity to create healthy, easy-to-cook plant-based options that are also affordable. The existing meat analogs are expensive and not all that healthy (high in saturated fat and highly processed). We have created Adda Veggie to change this and to bring the benefits of plant-based eating to everyone.

We are female-founded, minority-owned and a public-benefit corporation.

Currently, we sell 4 flavors of Adda Veggie:
Original Blend - A versatile blend that's perfect for burger patties, meatless balls or a meatless crumble. Works well with broccoli, riced cauliflower, mushrooms & more.
Herby Roasted Garlic - Make vegan Italian food like spaghetti and meatless balls or vegetarian lasagna. Packed with zesty herbs and a punch of roasted garlic. Works great with eggplant and riced cauliflower.
Chipotle Adobo - Our go-to for meatless Mexican food! Use it in tacos, burritos & bowls or to spice up any vegan meal. Works well with mushrooms, cauliflower & carrots.
Indian Masala Blend - A warm and flavorful blend of classic Indian spices with a touch of heat. Works great with riced cauliflower, carrots & sweet potato.

The crumple was softer than I expected and got a bit mushy. 

I think this product is a great idea, I am looking forward to cooking more with Adda Veggie. I mixed it with mushrooms and the texture was a little weird, but that may have been the recipe. Mild taste that can mix with anything!
