This week in tabs: Here's what's new in commerce and culture
Yeehaw, Crocs is going western! Later this month, Crocs Cowboy Boots will go on sale featuring a "spin-able spur charm on the backstrap." Imagine getting stabbed in the ankle by a spur on the back of someone's Croc boot.
October 10th was World Mental Health Day! For 24 hours, all Rare Beauty sales at Sephora were donated to the Rare Impact Fund, Selena Gomez's organization that provides mental health resources and support to young people around the world. It's pretty cool seeing a company and its founder care so deeply about mental health.
Gohar World is opening its first brick-and-mortar store on October 12th in New York City. You'll now be able to purchase spaghetti-shaped candles and egg chandeliers IRL.
Shen Beauty has closed its doors in Brooklyn and moved fully online. Named "the coolest store in Brooklyn" by Courtney Cox, the beauty shop and boutique was beloved by celebrities and stars, but apparently, the employees had more harsh things to say about the company.
Anthropologie and Pinterest are teaming up to create a winter wonderland! The Holiday Showhouse opened its doors to the public today, showing off Anthropolgie's new furniture and seasonal decor outside of a regular store experience.
