Would you recommend this brand to a friend?

Yes, I would recommend this brand to a friend. The reason being is because I have personally experienced better gut health which has led to healthier habits and improved mental clarity, resulting in an overall healthier and happier lifestyle.

When did you purchase this product?

November 2022

Is this product similar to anything you’d bought before?

Supergut is another great option for improving gut health that I have purchased as well. Overall I wouldn’t say that one is better than the other, but I prefer taking Seed as a supplement versus Supergut which is powder form.

ABOUT THE BUYER

Personal history with or reason for purchasing the product?

As a connoisseur of health and wellness, I have been following discussions and debates in the scientific community regarding the significance of gut health. Huberman Lab, Rich Roll, and All-In happened to be releasing podcast episodes around the same time and The Rich Roll Podcast specifically mentions Seed as one of their sponsors. This piqued my interest, and I decided to give Seed a try during their Black Friday sale.

EXPERIENCE

Share your experience. What did you think?

I was a skeptic at first, just assuming that taking vitamins wouldn't make a noticeable difference in my physical and mental health. But I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding brand experience of Seed right from the packaging design to the appealing color of the supplement. The best part? No more stomach pains from taking it on an empty stomach.

Now of course this is not some magical pill that you take and instantly you are awoken feeling amazing. Also the supplement is green, so there is no Matrix decision to be made.

After week one I noticed the consistency of taking it daily was starting to show physical signs of a healthier lifestyle. An important topic that is not talked about enough in society is that my bowel movements had significantly improved. It is such a nice feeling now being able to go weeks of taking a proper crap. Seriously this is so important. No more upset stomachs and negative moods - this alone made Seed worth the purchase.

Next up I noticed a reduced bloat feeling at my lower gut. I am not saying that I lost weight, but I noticed that at my lower abdomen there was a reducation thus my pants have been fitting better. Hooray to jeans fitting better! Also after a very unhealthy meal, I don’t feel as crappy which I assume my gut microorganisms are now doing a better job breaking down food and absorbing nutrition.

Part of the discussions from the podcasts I listened to on gut health, they talk about how this is linked to your immune system. Since starting to take Seed I have managed to dodge all the holiday colds being spread and have felt overall very healthy. Another major mental win for not being sick the last few months!

Something not discussed from Seed and of course I don’t want to promote that taking this product means you can be unhealthy, but Seed has been a hangover cure. Because it was the holidays, I definitely indulged in a couple of drinks and typically I wake up feeling the regret. Now that I have been taking Seed, those rough mornings are in the past and I can survive the weekend. Of course you’ll be healthier to not drink!

Would you buy it again given what you know now?

Absolutely! I am on the monthly subscription plan.

Did it meet or exceed your expectations?

Seed exceeded my expectations beyond belief because it’s the first supplement (vitamin) that I’ve taken where I truly noticed a positive impact.

FEEDBACK

Share your feedback. What would you change or what could use improvement?

Honestly, I don't see much room for improvement. While we all love a good deal, the current price is worth it for the quality you're getting. Lowering the cost could compromise the quality of the product.
