I'm from Canada - the brand didn't ship to Canada (not sure if they now do or not) so when I moved to Boston I was excited to check out the store. Love the tote bag from them that came with my purchase but that's basically it. It seems like the brand has lost site of its exclusivity - they had boxes and boxes of last seasons apparel on sale and a limited number of staff. Only had a tiny mens section and I couldn't find the exercise dress in stock which is what I really wanted to buy. Bought a hat (adult sizing) without trying it on (I have a small head) and it would barely fit a newborn baby let alone an actual adult. Waste of $30.

Stick to what you know and do it right - stop trying so hard to be right for everybody.

This brand can do no wrong. They released a limited selection of "better" versions of popular chocolate bars last year and got me hooked on the milk caramel cookie flavour. When I saw that they re-released the limited line without the mimicked branding I think I bought 8 bars (on sale for $6 at whole foods). Bars last a long time and are substantial enough in flavour that one bite is just enough.

Ordered from Nordstrom - literally one of the most unique, beautiful scents I've ever smelled! The way they tell the story of the candle through text and creative names is a really great descriptor. Overall the brand leaves me feeling like each candle will be unique to each different person who experiences it.
