The little 2.7 oz bottles of Yakult drink (I call them shots :) ) contain a live probiotic called L. Paracasei Shirota and also a little glucose. When I feel like I need a little energy while keeping my gut happy, I enjoy one of these little bottles. I found them in the dairy cooler near yogurt and kefir.
