their dream supply tea is the first sleep aid that's ever actually worked for me - and believe me, i've tried my share. to be totally up-front, i've only tried it a couple of times yet, so i can't speak to the long-term effectiveness of this tisane, but so far, so good. it has a gorgeously deep, earthy flavor to it (think dandelion root but less bitter), and while i can see that being offputting to some, personally i absolutely love it. by the time i've sipped through most of my mug, i'll be the most delightful kind of sleepy. my chronic pain disorder makes falling asleep an ordeal every single night, but dream supply makes me so sleepy that i can't help but fall asleep within minutes. honestly, it's basically a godsend so far.

I never tried mushroom coffee until I found this brand. Mushroom powder with coffee? It sounded very American, and I was sarcastic about the taste at first. But I'm Sagittarius moon, which inevitably means I'm a curiosity-driven person. So I bought two instant mushroom coffee: one that boosts brain function and the other that supports the immune system. Honestly, I don't know if this coffee actually helped me be less distracted or stay healthy. All I can say is that they taste damn good, and I just believe it would be better to eat mushrooms for my health than not. I hate acidic coffee, and thank god, these are not. They have a nutty flavor, which goes super well with oat milk. The mushroom taste barely exists, so don't worry about it. If you don't have the energy and intention to make a drip coffee like me, buy this. It is sure worth the money.

I hope they use reusable packaging for each coffee. The box is made with paper, which I like, but each coffee stick is packaged with plastic, and I feel guilty about using plastic. Other than that, they have excellent customer service, and I highly recommend visiting their brick-and-mortar in Seattle if you have a chance.
