I purchased several items from this shop, and they arrived quickly. Unfortunately, one of the items arrived shattered. I was disappointed, but not shocked -- it's not the first time I had something made of glass arrive damaged. When I contacted the company, though, they dodged responsibility and wouldn't offer me any options for refund OR replacement. I would have been happy with either. I wouldn't trust them with my business again. You should not either.
