Williams Sonoma earns strong reviews for durable, beautifully curated kitchenware that elevates cooking, with standouts like All-Clad cookware, Le Creuset, and beloved tools such as spatulas and turners. Reviews also flag consistent drawbacks—overpriced basics, occasional variable quality (e.g., Open Kitchen dishes), and a notable customer service failure—making it a strategic buy for heirloom-level pieces and gifts rather than everyday stock-ups.

  • Williams Sonoma is my happy place. I’ve picked up everything from everyday utensils to my beloved Le Creuset here, and every time I walk in, it brings out my inner Martha Stewart/Ina Garten. Something about the store just makes me want to roast a chicken, light a candle, and host a dinner party. The quality is consistently solid, the curation feels timeless, and yes — it smells incredible. It’s not the cheapest, but it’s one of those places where the experience actually matches the price.

  • Largely overpriced home basics. You're lucky if you can find something quality at an ok price here. The markup for even the most basic cookware is insane. Looking at you, seasonal bowl scrapers. I just can't think of anything I actively want to get here, since their products are available at better prices elsewhere.

  • Loveee the William's Sonoma aesthetic, but I think it is a bit overpriced. I do think that some of the items they sell from other companies (such as Le Cruset) are $$ but totally worth the price for the quality.

  • This is the Pottery Barn for the kitchen world. I swear by my Williams Sonoma items and I've had some since I got married 20 years ago. Good quality of items that last a long time. Every store I've been to has had the most helpful customer service as well. It's just a good time and interesting kitchen gadgets that you never knew you wanted.

  • This is my go-to shop for high quality kitchen gadgets. I have discovered some fun cooking tools from browsing the stores. I also enjoy their holiday foods (like their peppermint bark)! I often find myself checking their website for a unique cookware gift for friends and family!

  • If you’ve ever been inside a Williams Sonoma store, you know it is amongst the crème-de-la-crème of everything kitchen. The brands they carry are premium, and the shopping experience is wonderful. My favorite section of the store is their rack of kitchen tools and gadgets, where you can find everything from ladles and spatulas, to those life-changing gadgets you never knew you needed (hello, mini lemon zester). You’ll pay a premium to shop at Williams Sonoma and will often find the same items for cheaper at other retailers, so keep that in mind when shopping.

  • my favorite place to get quality kitchen utensils and kitchenware.

  • My cooking utensils from them have lasted me years. It is very durable.

  • First of all I LOVEEEE anything that has white gardenia in it, so that was already a plus. Another plus was the fact that the hand soap does not dry out my skin after using it. Most hand soaps make my skin feel extra dry and at times scaly. Also you can smell the fragrance hours after using it. #INLOVE
