We grew up eating, okay inhaling, pop tarts and as adults we thought, wait a second, could we make better version of what we grew up with and so we started experimenting with a handmade jam tart made with local in season Northern NY (where the rhubarb grows) fruits and berries. Well, rhubarb is really a vegetable. It's fun for us to work together as a family, how often do you get to genuinely collaborate together with the ones you love. We guess that's why there are so many family run businesses, and we get to be one of them. While we're known for our Gluten Free Strawberry Rhubarb, siblings Rachael (marketing) loves the seasonal Apple, Jake (operations) loves the blueberry flavors. Our tarts have a 2-3 week shelf life and are generally too thick for most toasters so please enjoy as they are or pop them into a toaster or conventional oven.
