The founding team of Darren O'Reilly & Dr. Brian Carson has been working on Whole Supp for a number of years to deliver an optimally complete meal.

Darren is Whole Supp's CEO & Co-Founder . Coming from a high-performance sports background after being professional athlete for six years, Darren knew the importance of nutrition as well as the struggles in achieving optimal health. Darren was surrounded by some of the best nutritionists in the business. When leaving the sporting world and transitioning into corporate life in central London, Darren soon became aware of fast pace life hindering his nutrition and overall health. If only there was an accessible solution to achieving optimal nutrition levels conveniently - This is where Whole Supp was born!

The other half of Whole Supp's founding team is Dr. Brian who is Whole Supp's Head of Science & Innovation. Dr. Brian is the brains behind our Smart Food formulation having obtained a PhD in Human Physiology and a first-class honors degree in Sports Science and Health from Dublin City University. Dr. Carson has spent the last 10 years as a lecturer in Physiology at the University of Limerick, bringing world-class knowledge and insights to help achieve our optimal formulations.

It exceeded expectations, the chocolate is favourite. Commenced this in tandem with intermittent fasting and I feel great. Energy up and certainly less sluggish. Love the ethos, branding and messaging, simply outlying the science, no fillers just goodness. 

Love this product. Tastes much better than Huel and I prefer the compostable packaging

Absolutely top tier shakes, quick to make and perfect if you’re on the go. Loving the chocolate flavour, as well as all the healthy contents. Great brand highly recommend.

A great tasting product with really informative packaging. Love that it’s vegan and sustainable as many vegan products are still covered in plastic. 

Absolutely love the chocolate flavour, tastes divine, texture is great and it's so much more affordable compared to other shakes on the market. Compostable packaging and carefully sourced ingredients are an added bonus - yay for sustainability!!

Loved the product, personal preference was the vanilla. Use it most mornings but have also used it at lunch when limited on time, which is often as a new parent. Great to see a sustainable product that doesn’t break the bank and looks and tastes good. 

Whole Supp is the best!!!

I have used many protein and meal replacement supplements since the early 2000’s and Whole Supp ticks every box. I started using Whole Supp around 2 months ago. It's such a great product to keep calories up and get nutrition in on the go. 

It mixes well with water, milk, all the non-dairy alternatives and it is delicious!!! Personal favorite is the chocolate Whole Supp and coconut milk :P Without a doubt the best-tasting meal replacement I've had to date, with no gritty texture and not too sweet. I love the protein level and the fact you're getting your required minerals and vitamins in too is great.

Great tasting meal shake, as I unpacked it I could already tell the difference between this and my Mammut Mass Gainer -- there were no strong scents it all smelt very natural. 

The taste is just like the smell, very clean, no chemical aftertaste, this is by far the best Vanilla shake I have ever had!

Where do I start - appalling customer service, emails unanswered for over a week, no delivery for 10 days, when I asked for a full refund my email was ignored and an order was dispatched an hour later. I had to email the Director of the company who didn't comment on the refund, yet offered me 50% off of my next purchase. Still waiting for a refund now. Avoid this company!!
