The founding team of Darren O'Reilly & Dr. Brian Carson has been working on Whole Supp for a number of years to deliver an optimally complete meal.

Darren is Whole Supp's CEO & Co-Founder . Coming from a high-performance sports background after being professional athlete for six years, Darren knew the importance of nutrition as well as the struggles in achieving optimal health. Darren was surrounded by some of the best nutritionists in the business. When leaving the sporting world and transitioning into corporate life in central London, Darren soon became aware of fast pace life hindering his nutrition and overall health. If only there was an accessible solution to achieving optimal nutrition levels conveniently - This is where Whole Supp was born!

The other half of Whole Supp's founding team is Dr. Brian who is Whole Supp's Head of Science & Innovation. Dr. Brian is the brains behind our Smart Food formulation having obtained a PhD in Human Physiology and a first-class honors degree in Sports Science and Health from Dublin City University. Dr. Carson has spent the last 10 years as a lecturer in Physiology at the University of Limerick, bringing world-class knowledge and insights to help achieve our optimal formulations.
