I own 5 pairs of glasses from this company including prescription sunnies. Try on at home is a game changer. I love the quality and customer service I have received.

I have had multiple pairs of Warby Parker glasses over the years and I have never been disappointed. At one point a nose pad on my pair of glasses was very loose, and they paid for shipping to and from their company for a free repair. The process to set this up was also very easy and low-stress.

My last 3 sets of glasses I’ve got from Warby Parker. I like the online and in store options.

My husband and I use Warby Parker for our glasses every two years. They are affordable and we like that the lens price is included, typically, unless you need specialty lenses. We also enjoy that you can do home try-ons before you buy!

I really like Warby Park's whole deal - the try ons, the stores, the customer service (all staff I've ever dealt with have been amazing), the ability to book eye appointments, and the styles. However, after using Warby Parker for 6-8 years, I think the quality has gone down as I noticed components breaking off. The brand used to be ahead of the curve with style, affordability, and accessibility via the web, but there's enough competitors now that I would still consider using Warby Parker (especially for first-time glasses buyers) but I first consider more affordable options for comparable or better quality. I'd give a 3.5 rating if I could.

The ordering is very easy and straight forward. I just type in my prescription and they fulfill the order within 10 business days. It’s does take longer than I’d like but they do have to cut the lenses, etc so it could be worse. Customer service is also amazing. Ive scratched my lenses and needed adjustments and the staff online/Instore takes care of it really fast.

Absolutely love warby! I personally ordered 2 pairs of glasses and my roommate ordered the try on box at home. We then went into the brick and mortar and the customer service was amazing. Love this brand.

I'm on my third pair of WP glasses - 2 purchased online and 1 in store. I love the option to physically try them on for free at home! Technology has come a long way but virtual try-ons just aren't there yet. I love how affordable and convenient their business model is and how stylish and long lasting the product is.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had when it came to dealing with my eyes. The doctor who did my eye exam was super friendly. There was a good amount of glasses displayed that you were able to try on. Also, their app is super easy to use. The glasses have been my most complimented yet, and they are extremely durable.

Amazing experience! I was able to test multiple pairs of glasses. It was very easy to send back and I received the prescription glasses very soon after.

The quality is unmatched, and the price is unbeatable. Their stores are immaculate and so aesthetically pleasing, and the at home try on feature is such a great way to find the perfect frames!

I bought my glasses in store but the experience was great. The staff was just the right balance of being attentive but not over bearing. I’ve had my glasses for several years now and they have held up magnificently-better than any other pair I’ve owned- also for the price point I recommend them to everyone.
