Pleasant experience, easy to use

light weight glasses

Love the different style selection. Great quality, I’ve used them for 5 years now and they are still in great condition.

I currently own a pair of Warby Parker glasses and love them! WP recently opened a store in my area which has been nice to be able to pop in and try on the new styles. Their return policy is 100% the reason I will forever be a customer.

I was a diehard Warby Parker fan for a bit - has at least 3 pairs over as many year. The try-on system works quite well usually if you can find enough in-stock styles that you'd like. Customer service was top tier (helped me get a crucial repair right at the end or slightly past my warranty). It's nice to be able to buy online and get service at a brick and mortar, or to try on in-person and then buy online later. Would recommend to someone if it was their first time buying glasses online and they want the extra reassurance of a well-regarded brand and option for in-person support.

Warby Parker is a good brand, that sells affordable eyeglasses. There’s a lot of varieties to choose from, and the fact that you can try on the frames before purchasing is a great bonus. I’ve also been to their retail stores, I never had great experiences there.

Purchased frames once and now I always come back. Got my prescription from my optometrist and bought frames the first time. Every visit after I've gotten my prescription and frames from them. Website is intuitive. Customer service's always exceptional and their stores are so cute. There's a pair for every personality.

Purchased prescription glasses and the lenses were awful. They did not last, I’ve worn glasses my whole life and never had this issue when the lenses were almost peeling. They were hard to see out of after that. Too bad because I love their frames. I was super disappointed. This also happened to my boyfriends lenses. Would never purchase again.

I love the at home try on and I’ve had great experiences in store as well. I have had Warby Parkers for many years and my. Urgent glasses I’ve had for 4 years and they are still in great condition.

Impeccable brand and service! I am on my third pair of glasses and have yet to be disappointed! They have a super wide selection for a variety of faces, shapes, and styles on their site and opened up an in-person location that is stunning near me. Issues with prescriptions and insurance have been quickly solved and I always receive try-on boxes and my final pick quickly!

I have a pair of sunglasses from warby Parker and I really like it. It’s trendy, fashionable, and most importantly, comfortable. Most sunglasses hurt the side of my head where the arms sit and most slide off my face. With minimal adjustments, this pair I bought fit perfectly on my face and head without any discomfort or sliding.

The vision optics are not good. In addition, I get the impression that the lens polymer is cheap and very porous. The lenses are constantly dirty to the point of compromising your vision.

The first time I used Warby Parker I did their 7 day free trial of 5 different pairs of glasses. They arrived on time and it was easy to send them back and pick the winner. Overall, great experience and love my new glasses!

I have multiple friends with Warby Parker glasses as their main glasses. I have decent vision so my Warby Parker glasses are only blue light glasses but they save my life at the office. They have many different frames to fit any look.

I buy all of my glasses, sunglasses too, from this brand! I even got my dad to buy his glasses from here too. My favorite place to get stylish and beautiful frames. Great service at all of the locations I've been too.
