I was definitely more of a contact girlie pre covid, but the lockdown sparked an urge to spice up my WFH look. Warby Parker's at-home try-on service was the perfect option. I loved that I was able to pick from a selection of styles and actually test them out before I was committed to a pair. Post covid and I can confidently say I wear my glasses out more than my contact because I found a style that was truly me :) I even convinced my brother to upgrade his dweeby-looking frames to a chicer pair from WP!! (He got his first Gf shortly after) Thats a win in my book!!

I’ve gotten glasses from them since 2017. The ordering and try on process is easy. I’ve found I still have to go to a store at some point in the process to get the glasses adjusted to fit my head and ears. I wear the glasses every day and the frames and lenses tend to show wear within 18 months.

Great frame designs and a great shopping experience. Their customer service is second to none. They have mastered if not invented the modern online shopping experience.

Beautiful glasses and happy consumer. I did the at home try-on which I LOVED! I found 2 different frames I liked and ordered glasses. I received them very quickly and they were perfection! I am a very quality driven consumer with high standards and I am completely happy with my glasses. The "Buy a Pair, Give a Pair" program is a big deal to me and is an impetus for me to continue to do business with them. I highly recommend.

First off I love their glasses and ease of purchasing from them. This review is specifically for their customer care: I had the best phone experience ever with this company. I dread and avoid calling companies at all costs. I don’t ever return products just to avoid dealing with it. However I got charged for a try on box after never receiving it. Come holiday season, I just couldn’t deal with that loss of money. The call was so quick and understanding. The team immediately refunded me. No arguing, no accusations. So grateful for their amazing customer service!!

These are the best glasses I’ve ever owned! The experience was amazing and the quality of the glasses is also amazing! Warby Patker was able to make my lenses super thin and attractive even though I Haver terrible eye sight!

In store experience was quick and easy. I was told delivery would happen in 7-10 days, but because they are simple reading glasses it would be quicker. It’s been 2.5 weeks and they haven’t even finished making them yet. I cancelled this morning. Why is it most places can make your glasses same or next day but WP takes weeks?? Disappointing.

I've shopped with Warby Parker at various stages during their growth as a business, and each time I've always received a quality product that is sturdy, lightweight, and (most importantly) has the correct prescription so that I can see. I hope they are able to expand the eye exam offerings to more of their brick and mortar stores going forward.

I bought my first pair of Warby Parker sunglasses in Nashville. The selections are outstanding - I must have fallen in love with 10 favorites and with help from the staff, left with one very special pair. The price is the best part of the whole deal! I have spent too much money for too long, but not any more. I'm loving my sunglasses, 9 months later.

Every single time I've EVER asked someone where they got their cute glasses, it was always "Warby Parker." So I finally took the plunge and ordered my own. I have done both the in-home try-ons and the in-store try ons and had a bit more luck in store, but I am all over the place in terms of style and really just wanted to see and touch everything. Of course, the quality was A+ and the customer service was too. I ended up going with a pair a bit outside my normal comfort zone and was NOT disappointed at all. I also loved that I was able to order my contacts through WP as well! The convenience and ease of use is unparalleled. The WP app is also really user friendly!

Glasses look great and for a good price too!

Growing up, I never thought I'd be the kind of person to own a lot of pairs of glasses. Glasses have historically been very expensive, and I only ever got a new pair if my old pair really broke beyond repair. But that's insane! We wear our glasses on our faces and our faces are our introduction to the world! If you have more than one pair of pants you should have more than one pair of glasses, and I really appreciate that Warby led the revolution to having multiple pairs of glasses, and making it acceptable to have alternate looks.

Great customer service and affordable glasses. I got two sets of glasses from this brand and their warranty is great if you do damage them within the 1st year. One time I needed to get my glasses resized and they did it for me on the spot. Really great and accessible glasses shop, especially if there's a brick and mortar in your area.

I love my Warby Parker glasses. I almost exclusively order from them because of the convenience and great style choices. I have four very different styles and I think they are worth the price. I have one pair that has transition lenses and I really like them. If you get these lenses, just consider what your glasses will look like as sunglasses or tinted glasses as they transition relative to the brightness. I wish I had gotten these particular frames slightly larger to make the sunglasses bit look better on my face.

I really like the product. I have received many compliments on my glasses. What's just as great is the customer service. These people deal personally with you, either in their locations (they are friendly and NOT pushy), online or on the phone. They really seem to care about their customers. I will definitely be using this company again.

I've been buying my glasses from Warby Parker for 6+ years now and I love them! I get so many compliments on my glasses & I love that I can go get them re-adjusted at any retail location. High quality without breaking the bank.
