Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, flattering frames, an effortless buying experience (virtual and Home Try‑On), and consistently helpful in‑store service and adjustments. Reviews also flag recurring weaknesses: lenses that smudge and scratch easily, frames that loosen or feel flimsy, limited fit/size variety (especially narrow, wide, and low-bridge), and occasional prescription or complex-Rx fulfillment issues—plus some durability concerns and mixed feedback on Scout contacts.

Warby has great glasses and awesome customer service! My frames broke due to a screw coming loose and the team replaced them immediately after I reached out! Cannot recommend them enough.

Cute, stylish, and fairly priced. I've been wearing Warby for a couple years now and haven't gone back to buy from my eye doctor since. I have a regular pair as well as sunglasses (Percy) and I just love them. They've both held up well too and are going on three years.

good quality for the price but lenses get scratched up pretty easily

more frame options for narrow faces, or eyes with a shorter PD

My mom wears their glasses and she’s loved the brand ever since her first pair from them. They’re customer service is amazing, they are very kind and patient with working with her. And they ship out super fast!

They are the best! Super helpful customer service goes out of their way to help and give the best advice when it comes to picking a pair of glasses. I also love the fact that they do free glasses cleaning and fittings. I am honestly loving all their new sunglass releases.
Feedback
Wish they offered more sunglasses in average instead of wide.

My favorite glasses & sunglasses. I have multiple pairs of their products. Besides how incredible their products are, it really is the customer service that stands out. I had a pair of sunglasses that had a lens with a scratch, they replaced my sunglasses immediately without question.

I would recommend trying them on in person if you can to make sure you get the perfect fit - they'll adjust them to your face in store.

When it comes to finding simple design eyeglasses, Warby Parker does the job. I ordered my glasses online, but had an issue with doing the in app measure pupillary distance feature. I went to the nearest location and their employees were so helpful in fixing my issue. Due to the inconvenience, they changed my order to quicker shipping method for free.

I would improve the in app features that let you measure pupillary distance. It would give me my measurements, but wouldn't register to my glasses order. I would suggest just trying the glasses on in store and buying them there. Don't hassle with the app

Been wearing these glasses for years and I love them! Such a great price for glasses that feel luxurious. I also love that you can order 5 pairs for an at-home-try-on if you don't have a store near you FOR FREE! I also go an eye exam done in-store which was super convenient. Love the different lense options for both glasses and sunglasses!

Have bought my last couple of pairs there, great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable service providers. Even when I go with someone to purchase for themselves, I get my glasses realigned, tightened etc ... Everytime I do , they are so impressed, my frames are usually discontinued, at least 3-4 yo, & are still in such great shape! Guess that's a testament that even though you are getting a really great price, you are getting so much more than that.

Love them, will continue to go back.

I have two pairs from WP and love them! They both got delivered fairly quickly and their customer service was so helpful and quick after I reached out about an error on my part. The try at home is awesome because you can only get such a good idea from a virtual try on and that way you can comfortably get a feel for the style/frame you want.

Overall experience is 5 stars

My favorite part of Warby Parker was the ability to try the frame at home at no cost to me. The frames were at a fraction of what was quoted to me by the eye doctor. We have used warby Parker in our household for a few years now. Love the convenience and cost.

I'm on pair 3 of Warby Parker glasses and from start to finish, I'm into it. I historically would get my glasses at local independent shops and fought going to a "mass merchandiser" spot for years, but Warby Parker delivers on three key fronts. They are always rotating their silhouettes, so it's not like you are getting a "stock" pair of Raybans vibe. The price is also a factor. I'd be looking at ~$300+ just for frames and then custom lenses an additional $100+. Warby Parker all-in has always been around $100ish. So if they are lost / broken / whatever else could happen it's not the end of the world. Also they have enough stores in major metros that if they need to be re-aligned or cleaned its super easy to pop-in. Also there is no branding or definitive "look" of Warby Parker, which is actually a good thing. Just solid, clean, simplistic design at approachable price points with great customer service. Big fan, would recommend.

I’ve been a loyal Warby Parker customer for almost 10 years. I love that you can try on at home or visit a store to try on all of their glasses. There are so many different styles that it’s almost impossible not to find a pair you love. The buying process is super easy and I’ve even had a great experience with customer service when the prescription was right. Love them!

The one downside is that I wish they had all the frames available for at home try on.

As someone who is an avid-glasses wearer, I love Warby Parker for their designs and for how most of their frames are super-light and wearable. However, as someone who is also a bit messy, I don't like that the lenses smear super easily and the frames are very breakable/bendable. I'd like my glasses to have a bit more resistance to physical wear, which I just feel Warby Parker doesn't have. I think the glasses are all very fashionable, and the frames I've tried are the Durand, in Rose Water (which is a beautiful color) and the Aniyah. The Durand was more durable than the Aniyah, which broke after I dropped them one time. Both frames, however, constantly slipped down my nose even with adjustment and making the earpieces tighter, which was frustrating.
Feedback
While their virtual try-on feature can be helpful, some people may prefer to have an in-person fitting to ensure the glasses fit properly. Additionally, if there is an issue with the glasses, it's more difficult to resolve it without an in-person representative.

I've boughten 3 pairs of glasses and they've all been amazing. High quality, sheek, fashionable products. Never buying glasses from anywhere else honestly..

Super easy to work with! Love my glasses

Warby is nice but I find that the designs and the quality are a bit unremarkable. I prefer glasses and shades with more personality and durability, even if it costs more. That said, I think they deliver what they promise and are good for their price point.

Beautifully designed and affordable glasses and sunglasses. What else is there to say?

I’ve been wearing Warbt Parker specs for 10 years with zero complaints. They’re fast, efficient, and the frames are all flattering. I got my husband hooked as wel.
