Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, flattering frames, an effortless buying experience (virtual and Home Try‑On), and consistently helpful in‑store service and adjustments. • I love the variety they have! They aren’t always very bold but more timeless. My blue light glasses from them are lightweight and neutral for every day office wear! It’s so fun to be able to go into the store and try on the different options but it’s also nice that they offer an at home try on program for those who don’t live near a storefront.

  • Love the option to try from home before you buy! Plus they have the cutest glasses and sunglasses!

  • I’ve gotten many pairs- you can get higher quality at a higher end place, but you can’t beat the convenience and customer service.

  • I love Warby Parker. High-quality glasses at a very affordable price. They also have the best customer service ever, which these days is incredibly rare to find. When you visit in-store, their staff are friendly and helpful. Whenever I get an updated prescription, they make replacing my lenses a painless experience, and once they even sent me a brand new pair instead of just new lenses. Highly recommend checking out Warby Parker, online or in-store.

  • always an easy experience shopping in-store & technicians are always very helpful. The glasses need replacing after about 2 years but thats all good!

  • My go to brand. I love that I can try on frames for free AND from home before buying. Their customer service is top notch as well as a pair I had broke within a year of owning them and they replaced my glasses.

  • First, I’ve never actually worn any of their glasses because I never got the chance. So take this review for what it’s worth. I had an appointment at a Warby Parker store to get fitted for and purchase a pair of their glasses. I walked in and the clique of employees glanced at me and ignored me. I waited for a solid 5 minutes before someone deigned to acknowledge me. The first thing they asked is if I was lost. Not “how can I help you”. I said I had an appointment and the derision was PALPABLE. He asked if I was sure. I gave him my name and he immediately said they didn’t take my insurance. Notwithstanding that he didn’t even look at what insurance I had, it was a lie because I checked online and called to double-check with my insurance and the store before I even made the appointment. I told him so and he said he’d call to check. Went in the back for 10-15 minutes and came out and said I was wrong, they didn’t take my insurance. I was pretty fed up at this point so I just left. I have never in my life been treated so terribly.

  • I have at least 6 pairs of warby parker glasses that I've collected since long before they had storefronts. Generally love them, they hold up really well with time and have so many styles to choose from for a race of face sizes, nose bridges, etc. Pretty bummed they stopped offering lens replacements (for a cost). In the past, I paid to replace lenses in existing frames when my prescription changed, even after those frames weren't available anymore. It seems wasteful and like a money grab to take this option away.

  • Took the normal steps of choosing the 5 frames for the at home try on - they arrived pretty quickly after ordering. I appreciated being able to spend a longer amount of time wearing the trial pairs, as a pair of glasses can look and feel good when you are only trying them on for a few minutes. I wore contacts and wore the pairs I liked for a while to get a better feeling of how they would wear in my day to day life. The only issue I had is that the frames I ended up ordering fit quite a bit tighter than the pair that came in the try-on kit, I'm guessing as they were tried on by others and the pair I received were brand new. Being plastic frames they are harder to adjust at home, so they were uncomfortable for a little while until I got them adjusted and got used to wearing them. The frames and lenses themselves are great, high quality and eventually comfortable. They have lots of pairs that fit with my style and it was easy to find something I liked. The process of choosing my frame from the try on kit to eventually receiving my finished glasses went much more quickly than I was used to from competing online glasses sellers who manufacture and ship from China. All in all a great process besides the initial fit issues I had with my specific frames.

  • Not a fan of these expensive glasses. I tried one and it broke after 3 months.

  • Been using the glasses and contacts for years! Great product, built well and well priced

  • I love the concept of Warby Parker! I’ve used both their try on feature where you get sent 5 frames to test and have been in store to chose my frames. Both wonderful experiences and love my glasses! They are such good quality and always are the best styles by far.

  • Can't say enough good things about this brand and the do you try home options I love that you could pick out five different frames and just try them on in the comfort of your own home. Made it super easy to select and then get my top pick mailed fast to my apartment. And every time you buy a pair of glasses a pair goes to a kid of need so it's a win-win

  • i have 2 pair of readers that i enjoy a lot. the frame i have is perfect for my small face i bought them in 2 colors. i tried a progressive pair when i needed a bit more vision support. i had some trouble with the progressive. maybe bc the frame that for me had a smaller lens. Good news: the return policy was awesome. i could get a complete refund or change out the lens for readers. excellent customer service.

  • Loved being able to pick 5 pairs to try on and ended up buying a pair with my prescription in them. Easy to return the trial package and my prescription glasses came quickly after an easy online order with a picture of my prescription.

  • I've purchased multiple pairs of Warby Parker eye glasses. They have a fun range of styles, and with stores across many big cities, they are easy to try on. You can also use the home try on option. I do find their selection for Low Nose Bridge fit to be more limited and wish they would make more in this option.

  • poor experience, waste of money!

    Feedback

expensive products made in China with flimsy frame.

  • have two glasses from them! well priced and easy to get. love the try on frames. also love the stores

    Feedback

wish they had more fits for asian faces

  • I have been wearing Warby Parker glasses for years and am on my 6th pair. I love everything about them but have come to accept that I will need to get a new pair once or twice a year because the lens get really scratched.

    Feedback

I find keeping the glasses clean difficult. I have tried numerous cleaning products but feel none work perfectly. Would be cool if WP offered more guidance on protecting your lenses.
