Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, flattering frames, an effortless buying experience (virtual and Home Try‑On), and consistently helpful in‑store service and adjustments. • I’ve loved Warby Parker for a long time. They somehow made shopping for glasses a fun, cool experience which I appreciate as a long-time glasses wearer. I’ve also purchased contacts from them. First, the experience of their stores (especially the flagship in NYC) is a great experience. It’s easy to interact with the different products and I found the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Each store is a little unique but overall conforms so you know exactly how the shopping experience works once you arrive. Next, I have tried both their shipping try on and their virtual try on options over the years. The shipping try-on was so easy and came quickly after I selected what I wanted on the website. It was easy to return as well, I believe the box included a shipping label which made the return process seamless. The virtual try on worked so much better than I anticipated! This is through an app that you download and give camera access to try on styles. It was really cool to try on glasses through the phone camera. The glasses fit my face in a realistic way, and moved with me so I could see it at angles. The app also let me save favorites so I could come back to the ones I liked best. I ordered my contacts from Warby Parker. It’s easy to pass them your optometrist’s order and have it filled. My order came as described in a couple of days. In the flagship store, you can schedule eye exams and have them given you the script, although I have never done this. Last, Warby Parker is a great brand that has given back to the community and puts a lot of care into their customer interactions. Downsides: Unfortunately, since my prescription is so high and the glass is thicker, there are only a handful of frames that will work for me from this brand now, and they are all quite masculine.

  • It was easy to select my glasses style and enter my prescription. I loved trying on all the different frames at home. I've had my glasses for two years now and they have held up well.

  • Tres chic and fabulous quality!

  • This company has the BEST customer service ever!!!! I didn't like the frame color I chose and they immediately sent me a new pair in the color I previously had with no questions! Also, I scratched my old pair and they have a 6 month warranty and immediately sent me a new pair. I love Warby Parker! They also have nailed the progressive line perfectly all doing online.

  • I have purchased 3 pairs of glasses from WP and I love all of them! Some of them I’ve been wearing for years (I have very poor vision but my prescription has barely changed since I was a kid) and despite the lenses being scraped up, I still hold onto them, because some of them are just too cute. The first time I went into a warby parker I was presently surprised. No one hounded me, there was a lot of options and they weren’t outrageously expensive; especially for the quality of them plus with the diversity of styles.

  • Liked the online selections and the fact that there are physical locations to go into if there are any issues.

  • Good prices, overall a good experience. After a couple of days I have to admit that I would have chosen a different frame because this is weaker than expected but apart from this I feel is a great shop for eyewear products.

  • A wide variety of frames, all so unique. Customer service was fantastic, and the person who helped me not only seemed to believe in the product, but was very knowledgeable about it as well. The pricing is just right and the quality is top tier. Recommend to my friend and she loves hers. There is something for everyone and the packaging was so fun.

  • Reasonably priced and high quality. Love their sunnies as well as their eyewear.

  • Bought two pairs of glasses. They arrived within a week. One had a funny thing with a lens and they repaired it and sent it back for free no questions. They even gave me a discount on another pair. Highly recommend as it was convenient and high quality.

  • Love that I can try on at home and return - stores always have good stock as well!

  • So easy to try styles on before committing. Ordering was super easy and reasonable in price. Very easy process.

  • Love Warby Parker! Their at home try-on kits make it super easy to find my next new pair of glasses. I’ve been to multiple locations around NYC & the shopping experience is always great with a lot of options & super helpful staff.

  • I'm a huge fan of Warby Parker. The frames and especially the service. I received one of my best eye exams at a Warby Parker in St Louis. I'm a fan and will keep buying their frames forever!

  • My favorite glasses. I’ve worn several pairs for over ten years. I always go back because have the best price and styles!

  • Great selection of frames! The virtual try on is very helpful plus they send frames for you to try on at home.

  • I've bought Warby Parker glasses for the last 10 years and have loved every pair. Can't beat the price and the styles are very flattering. We're lucky enough in Portland to have an in-person shop now, but the try-before-you-buy model was a great way to shop before the in-person store opened. My current glasses are the WP dark green and gold 'Moriarty ' frames and I always get compliments on them.

  • I’ve seen this commercial time and time again and at 38 started on my first rx glasses for the first time to even wear glasses and let me tell you that glasses are expensive especially if you are picky with how stylish they are so I decided to try this 5 frames to try on at home at no cost and bam they were here in just a few days. So many options to look at and virtually try on before deciding which ones you want to try on at home. I love this especially since I’m not a big go out and shop gal. I found two pairs I loved and once I get my new rx for the year annual visit.. still new to me… I’ll be grabbing this for less than half the price I paid for my first pair.

  • Called on 6/15 to check on my glasses that were being re-made for the 3rd time and was promissed they would be ready in 4 days. I was informed the 2nd remake at their lab did not pass inspection. So they sent them to another lab. They did appologize and said a $30.00 credit will be issued for my inconviennce. Once again nobody from Warby Parker called to tell me of the delay. Certainly very dissapointed and have reservations about Warby Parker's ability and lack of communiction with customers so far. Looks like ma-----------ybe my expedited re-make of the glasses that started May 23rd might be ready by the 23rd of June. Making it 30 days. My trust in Warby Parker has been greatly diminished.
