Loved the virtual try on, the home trials and the customer service. Got my glasses four years ago and love them!

Love everything about Warby Parker from the at home and virtual try one to the fun stores to the quality of the glasses.

I have had a few pairs of glasses from Warby Parker. I think they are a good brand if you are looking for a cheaper alternative to some of the larger name brand eyewear companies. However, there are times where the quality of the product shows. I found that I was having to get my frames readjusted because they stretched out easily. I think they have really cool and unique frame options, but there are a lot of other brands out there that off similar styles at higher quality.

I LOVE Warby Parker! I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years and it just doesn't get better then WARBY PARKER!

Lots of cute looking frames. The try-on at home program is super easy. Most of the frames are too big for me.

While you can’t beat the price point, fashion element and convenience, these lenses are not the best quality. Constantly smudging and requiring cleaning

Affordable glasses and contacts. I love the app and the efficient way I can order contacts or glasses. I also like how they keep my records for when I need to re-order.

always a great customer experience. quality products, easy and quick process to order, but shipping takes a bit due to prescription lenses. products aren't up to par with a luxury brand but are great for everyday wear

I bought my first pair of Warby Parker's in 2009 and never looked back. All of my prescription glasses are from them, and I have a few non-prescription. I love the designs, quality, and customer service. I do wish they found a way to upcycle old pairs, but to that end, they resell nicely, I have sold a few old ones on Poshmark, and I love that element as well.

Love that you can try on 5 different frames to select from. There's no obligation to buy, just return the frames if you don't select one. Lots of flexibility and excellent cost for glasses if you buy.

I get that they're trendy and have cute styles and optometrists - but the brick and mortar stores are few and far between, after 2 years you need to have your vision rechecked/submitted for a script and the actual quality of the glasses is subpar (scratched up/bent/broken almost every pair i've had).

It's a perfect size collection and fresh looks.

Warby Parker is a fast, affordable, and high quality full service glasses company. They offer a wide range of stylist frames and have a large selection for folks with lower nose bridges.

Amazing customer service. I ordered a pair of glasses online, but they didn't fit quiet right. Brought them into one of the stores and the worker was so helpful and attentive with helping me adjust the glasses to get the fit just right. Then I lost the glasses shortly there after, and I emailed them to get a new pair (because they were sold out online) and they sent me a new pair for free! 10/10! I'm a lifer!

I love them but they are not the cheapest nowadays. I like this very light frames compared to other brands that are sometimes difficult to be found.

I have been wearing Warby Parker glasses and sunglasses consistently for about 5 years. Their at-home try on service is excellent, but I’m lucky enough to have several Warby Parker stores close by. The customer service always goes above and beyond! They take the time to ensure you have the best experience possible. They have a really fun selection of frames to choose from and so reasonable. Despite so much inflation, they’ve been able to maintain their prices. I do have a pair of sunglasses that I absolutely adore, and I only wish that they were willing to switch out the scratched lenses. Since the glasses are several years old, I will have to buy new lenses and frames to replace. Besides that I will and continue to be a loyal customer!

I’ve loved Warby Parker for a long time. They somehow made shopping for glasses a fun, cool experience which I appreciate as a long-time glasses wearer. I’ve also purchased contacts from them. First, the experience of their stores (especially the flagship in NYC) is a great experience. It’s easy to interact with the different products and I found the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Each store is a little unique but overall conforms so you know exactly how the shopping experience works once you arrive. Next, I have tried both their shipping try on and their virtual try on options over the years. The shipping try-on was so easy and came quickly after I selected what I wanted on the website. It was easy to return as well, I believe the box included a shipping label which made the return process seamless. The virtual try on worked so much better than I anticipated! This is through an app that you download and give camera access to try on styles. It was really cool to try on glasses through the phone camera. The glasses fit my face in a realistic way, and moved with me so I could see it at angles. The app also let me save favorites so I could come back to the ones I liked best. I ordered my contacts from Warby Parker. It’s easy to pass them your optometrist’s order and have it filled. My order came as described in a couple of days. In the flagship store, you can schedule eye exams and have them given you the script, although I have never done this. Last, Warby Parker is a great brand that has given back to the community and puts a lot of care into their customer interactions. Downsides: Unfortunately, since my prescription is so high and the glass is thicker, there are only a handful of frames that will work for me from this brand now, and they are all quite masculine.
