I have been wearing Warby Parker glasses for about 5 years now. As someone who's prescription makes their eyes look really big, I think their frames are very very acomodating for people with strong prescriptions. The styles are very chic.

I have ordered several pairs of glasses from Warby Parker and I have liked every single pair. They are affordable and quick to ship! I have ordered online but have also used their retailer location as well. Both have been great.

I love WP for their affordability and selection in unique frames. It's very easy to find frames you love and I've always gotten many compliments. Over the years I've moved on from WP to other shops after finding better prices and having better luck with my prescription being right elsewhere.

I did the home try on where they send you 5 styles that you select. The quality was ok but not very sturdy in my opinion. But I liked being able to try at home.

Love the glasses very stylish but I wish they would have other styles.

I ordered a pair of glasses after trying them on virtually on their website. The frames themselves were decent quality, but the fit didn’t seem the same as the virtual try on, and they seemed smaller than I expected. The pricing was good and the glasses ‘worked’ but I didn’t end up using them.

Went to the soho location to get my first pair of glasses in 5+ years. They had great selection and the process was so fast and affordable.

The frames are beautifully designed. Some of them don’t have the best quality. It’s still decent enough to make it work on face frame.

This company lets you try up to 5 pair at a time to try on at home. Take a pic and then decide which frame/style fits you best and then order with your prescription. I did not end up purchasing, but only because I ended up having surgery - so no need for the glasses, but the overall experience was great. I even was allowed to return the first box and try a second batch of 5. Would recommend, even though the prices were a little higher than a few other online retailers in this genre.

I have purchased Warby Parker glasses three times for my son. Sadly, he struggles with his mental health and addiction and frequently finds himself homeless and without glasses. I send his prescription to Warby Parker and can pick out stylish frames for him for $95! I pay over $300 out of pocket for lenses and frames at my eye doctor WITH vision insurance! I will now purchase for myself from Warby Parker so I have extra pairs of glasses at home. Great quality and a great price!

I quite like their new contact lens options — the flat pack makes it easy to travel and I find that I don't accidentally open the neighboring pack and dry them out. I've also used their in-store appointment before and enjoyed the experience. They let me try out the contacts before committing to a subscription.

I've been wearing my warby glasses for awhile and no complaints! Quality and easy to deal with. I'm also like not so worried if anything happens to them because of their fair pricing.

I have been a customer for several years now and I’m on my third pair of glasses. Love the try at home convenience and the frames. However, their “scratch resistant coating” is not worth a darn! And WP knows it. It’s so bad that the have recently change their warranty from 1 year down to 6 months. So after they told me sorry no warranty, I said ok I’ll pay for new lenses on my 9 month old frame, but NOPE can’t do that have to get a new frame; why, why, why? So I agree to replacing the frame and lenses, with the discount it’s still $250 (I have progressives) however my style of frames which I bought in December of 2022 is not available! OMG!

7 years ago, I would rate this brand higher. Recently went in to get my lenses replaced since they were getting too scratched up, but since the frames were fine I just wanted to get the lenses replaced. They told me they couldn't do that and recommended going to a third-party optometrist... isn't why they started was to make the glasses buying and maintaining process easier? Their designs are still fine, but I might as well support a local optometrist after this experience.

I go here even tho I have eye insurance. Their offices and glasses are way better than most other dated in network offices

Quality frames (great styles too) & excellent customer service. I have tried other companies similar to WP's, but keep going back to WP because they really go the extra mile for their customers. It's the Toronto location that I've purchased frames from, but have visited the Frisco/Dallas location as well with friends who also had a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!
