  • Durable, long-wearing options

Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, flattering frames, an effortless buying experience (virtual and Home Try‑On), and consistently helpful in‑store service and adjustments. Reviews also flag recurring weaknesses: lenses that smudge and scratch easily, frames that loosen or feel flimsy, limited fit/size variety (especially narrow, wide, and low-bridge), and occasional prescription or complex-Rx fulfillment issues—plus some durability concerns and mixed feedback on Scout contacts.

  • I don't need reading glasses but I love wearing blue light glasses. Theirs are great but definitely expensive for a pair of blue lights. I have a pair that are green and they add a cute detail to a simple outfit for the office!

  • Trendy glasses (and sunglasses) with or without a prescription. The cost is very reasonable for prescription glasses. I loved the versatility of the online store where you can virtually try on glasses and different colors to the brick and mortar stores where you can try on and provide your prescription to the clerk and they will order, fix or adjust the glasses right there.

  • I have a lot of Warby glasses (prescription). I really used to like them but they changed their policy now - you can't replace the lenses you have to get a new pair of glasses... This seems really wasteful as my frames are totally fine (and they don't even make the same frame anymore) but I jut need to change my prescription. I think this is absurd they don't do lens replacements as a glasses store... The quality of lenses are also meh (you get what you pay for). But the coating on my glasses is coming off after 3 years and I can't get it replaced! I recommend them for sunglasses or non-prescription items.

  • I think Warby Parker is just such a great option for people who need glasses at an affordable price. I remember my mom having to spend $400 on new glasses for me when I was a kid, and we had "good" vision insurance - Warby Parker changed the game. The at-home try on felt so luxurious to me the first time I did it when I was 22 and not really making any money; it made me feel special and considered. I still wear those glasses today and when I need my prescription updated, Warby Parker will be the first place I go.

  • The good: stylish glasses that are relatively affordable. Their storeroom is bright and welcoming. The staff is available, friendly, but not pushy. The in store ordering process is streamlined and not timely. Glasses are shipped to your home or the store. While shipping to home is convenient, one con is that the glasses do not fit perfectly upon arrival, which will need to be adjusted in store. The glasses are well built and can withstand a fall. The lenses will scratch, but they have a generous return policy. There is a blue light blocker option, but I could not tell the difference. Prices have increased over the years, especially if you have anything but a standard near sighted prescription. However, still affordable and a good value.

  • If you’re lucky enough to live near a Warby Parker storefront I highly recommend you go. They have their entire collection available in store, in addition to different widths, so you can try out all types of frames that you otherwise may have overlooked if not given the opportunity. The associates are very helpful and give their feedback on what looks best, if you ask. They take insurance and I saw one of their in-house optometrists. It was a great experience. It takes about 10 days-2 weeks to get your new frames but it’s very worth the wait. The quality of the glasses is second to none. Before WP I was spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars on pairs of glasses, no it’s a fraction of that price. Highly recommend!

  • Very nice selection of frames and very convenient to try at home. Good quality frames. The only thing that makes me wary is that even though it’s the same prescription on all glasses, there were one or two that seemed off or different than the others….I didn’t send back but it makes me wonder about the quality of the lens making

  • I like the concept yet I feel limited in choices of frames. I do like that you can go into a store to try. Visual is extremely important for buying glasses. Quality to me was just a B.

  • We needed glasses for our son. The consultant at warby Parker was very helpful in picking the right frame and lenses for our son. The turnaround time to get the glasses was also quick at four days.

  • The website id well designed and easy to use. The virtual try on option id very helpful and accurate.

  • Great glasses, great value, great customer service

  • Very very convenient to have styles shipped to me and to pick ones I liked, I also like that there are actual stores now too, I have a couple pairs around the house because I couldn’t decide on just one style and they are affordable enough to have multiple pairs and not just settle for one if you’re indecisive like me!

  • I love the concept, but even their Wide line is too narrow for my large head.

  • Incredible staff. Helpful and makes everything easy quick and simple.:)

  • The frames themselves are not only stylish but also incredibly well-made. The attention to detail and craftsmanship are evident. I opted for a classic style, and the build quality exceeded my expectations. They feel sturdy and substantial without being heavy, providing a comfortable fit for all-day wear.

  • Great customer service, easy to work with, and good styles and quality. I've used Warby Parker for years. However, since discovering more affordable online brands like Zenni, I have lost a bit of my loyalty.

  • While I love the styles, price-point and extra friendly sales associates in their B&M stores, their petite frames leave much to be desired. In store they had limited options for my small face (as compared to the regular variety) and the petite glasses I purchased while comfortable for short periods of wear dig into the sides of my head and cause headaches. I do not think the dimensions are in correct proportion for smaller heads. Sad that they advertised a solution for small headed girlys that was too good to be true.

  • I got new frames from them this summer and I am still in love. They had so many options to choose from, I'm glad I brought my mom with me. I normally wear contacts but the frames are so sick, I'm always happy to wear them out. The purchasing process was super easy I was so excited to pick them up, and they came in just fine. Couldn't be more satisfied.

  • I love the simpleness of this brand, and how easy it is to select a frame and have the prescription made and delivered. The reason I was drawn to Warby Parker is because they have a low bridge option, which is unique and hard to find. Also, while other glasses have stretched out over a period of use, this brand has maintained its shape. The prescription was accurate and dealing with customer service was pleasant.
